Quality Standard: The Ministry Of Industry And Information Technology Has Established A Manufacturing Pilot Standardization Technical Committee

　　 A few days ago, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology decided to establish the Manufacturing Pilot Standardization Technical Committee, numbered MIIT/TC2. The establishment of the committee marks an important step in the standardization construction of China's manufacturing industry, which aims to formulate and revise relevant industrial standards for the basic general, key technologies, industrial applications and other fields of the manufacturing industry.

　　 Manufacturing pilot test refers to the test stage before large-scale production of R&D achievements in industrial production. This stage can not only verify the feasibility of new technologies and products, but also provide important data support and experience accumulation for subsequent production. With the continuous progress of science and technology, especially the rise of emerging technologies such as intelligent manufacturing and industrial Internet, the importance of manufacturing pilot test has become increasingly prominent. Through the construction of standardization, the efficiency of pilot scale test can be effectively improved, the production cost can be reduced, and the market competitiveness of products can be improved.

　　 The first Manufacturing Pilot Standardization Technical Committee of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology was composed of 80 members, covering experts and scholars from industry associations, institutions, universities, research institutes, enterprises and other fields. Including several experts in textile and related fields, the secretariat is undertaken by the Fifth Institute of Electronics of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. These members will work together to formulate and revise industrial standards related to the pilot scale test of the manufacturing industry to promote the promotion and application of technology.

　　 In 2024, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the National Development and Reform Commission jointly issued the Implementation Opinions on the Innovation and Development of Manufacturing Pilot Scale, proposing that by 2025, China's manufacturing pilot scale development will have made positive progress, the pilot scale capacity of key industrial chains will be basically covered, the digital, networked, intelligent, high-end and green level will be significantly improved, and the pilot scale service system will be constantly improved, More than 5 pilot test platforms with international advanced level have been built. The pilot development ecology has been further optimized. A batch of self-developed pilot test software and hardware products have been put into use. The role of pilot test in supporting the manufacturing industry has been significantly enhanced. By 2027, the pilot development of China's manufacturing industry will have achieved remarkable results, the formation of advanced pilot capacity will be accelerated, the high-quality and efficient pilot service system will be more perfect, and the pilot development ecology will be more sound, providing strong support for the high-quality development of the industry.

　　 The standardization construction is undoubtedly an important guarantee to achieve the above goals. Through the establishment of the manufacturing pilot standardization technical committee, the state hopes to promote technological innovation, transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry by means of standardization.
