Bijie City, Guizhou Province, Textile And Clothing Industry, City Wide Industry And Education Consortium Was Officially Established

On April 29, the founding meeting of the municipal industry and education consortium (hereinafter referred to as "the consortium") of light textile and clothing industry in Bijie City, Guizhou Province was held in Bijie Industrial Vocational and Technical College. Representatives from relevant municipal departments, colleges and universities inside and outside the province, and textile and clothing enterprises gathered together to witness this important moment of promoting the deep integration of local industry and vocational education.

It is reported that the consortium is jointly led by Dalian University of Technology, Bijie Industrial Vocational and Technical College, Bijie High tech Zone Management Committee and Bijie City Finance and Trade School, bringing together more than 10 vocational colleges and more than 20 textile and clothing enterprises inside and outside the province.

The inaugural meeting kicked off in a warm atmosphere. The representative of the chairman unit unveiled the board for the consortium, and awarded the board to the vice chairman unit, executive director unit and member units. At the scene, Bijie Industrial Polytechnic signed school administration, school school, school enterprise cooperation agreements with the Bijie Hi tech Zone Management Committee, Bijie City Finance and Trade School, and Guizhou Xingmei Clothing Co., Ltd. to reach deep cooperation in talent cultivation, technology research and development, training base construction and other fields. Representatives of Bijie High tech Zone, Zhijin County Secondary Vocational School, Guizhou Xingrun Elastic Fabric Co., Ltd. and other units made speeches successively, sharing the practice path and cooperation vision around issues such as the co construction of industry education integration training base, the innovation of apprenticeship training mode, and the school enterprise collaborative technology tackling.

In his speech, representatives of relevant departments in Bijie City, Guizhou Province said that the establishment of the consortium was just in time, and all departments would give full support to its development. They hoped that the consortium would focus on industrial demand, deepen the docking of industry and education supply and demand, improve the mechanism of "government coordination, education platform, industry guidance, school enterprise singing", and create a demonstration platform integrating talent training, technological innovation, and achievement transformation, Provide strong support for industry chain supplement, extension and strengthening.

According to the consortium's Construction Plan, in the next three to five years, the consortium will focus on promoting three major tasks: building a common technology service platform, jointly carrying out technological breakthroughs in new materials, new processes, intelligent production and other fields, and solving the actual production problems of enterprises; Deepen the integration of production and education to educate people, jointly build internal and external training bases, promote apprenticeship training such as "order class" and "naming class", and achieve "classroom is workshop, classroom is post"; Optimize resource allocation, establish talent supply and demand information platform, dynamically adjust professional settings, build a "double qualified" teaching team, and promote two-way flow of enterprise technical backbone and college teachers.

The establishment of the consortium is a vivid practice of implementing the Opinions on Deepening the Construction and Reform of the Modern Vocational Education System, marking a key step for Bijie's textile and clothing industry in promoting the integration of industry and education and serving the local economic development.
