    How did he create the first hand sewing double faced cashmere coat in China, and he succeeded in sticking to it for 28 years. What kind of absolute advantage did he take to defeat all competitors and occupy a huge domestic and foreign market?



    This time, we led you into Kunshan's HUAYU, Lu Darong, general manager of HUAYU.

    Reporter: in your opinion, what connotations should be made in high quality manufacturing?


    Lu Darong: doing things well and constantly satisfying people's wishes for a better life. High quality manufacturing, I feel that it is mainly a quality, one is design, one is style, the other is reasonable cost performance, and good service. This is the whole concept of good things, and it should be the meaning of quality manufacturing.


    High quality manufacturing is mainly reflected in innovation or reform in several directions.


    The first is the transformation of production mode, and the transformation of production mode is to enable us to plug new wings in quality manufacturing. One is in the quality of our labor force, it should adapt to the diversified and personalized manufacturing, is no longer the original large-scale mass production, every employee is like a gymnast.


    The second one is that you can see a lot of technology bands on the computer, or the original craft belt is passed down to do so. The third devices should be digitally transformed, so that our precision and meticulous management can be further upgraded to meet personalized and diversified customization.


    Reporter: how do you view the development of manufacturing enterprises in the Internet era?


    Lu Darong: all the high quality manufacturers in our fashion industrial park are leaders in the manufacturing industry of the whole country. They win the present, but we can not lose to this era. Because in this era, we may all like to talk about how to make good things in our high quality manufacturing, and we have not considered the development of consumption Internet at all.


    Faced with the new era, AI, big data, block chain, these things come out is a new era of all things connected. I think there must be a rational cost performance in the good stuff. This is definitely a blow to the traditional brand after the Internet of things is broken. It is no longer a manufacturer, a brand, a consumer, but a quality manufacturer directly facing the consumer.


    If we do not grasp this opportunity, then what we call quality manufacturing may just win the present and lose to the times.


    Reporter: what are the biggest challenges facing enterprises in transformation and upgrading?


    Lu Darong: the biggest challenge is the competition between talents and culture. As far as our enterprises are concerned, they are faced with the shortage of talents, and a system construction problem of corporate governance structure.


    Reporter: what do you think of the future domestic textile and garment market?


    Lu Darong: the key to the domestic market is not that there is no market, but that we have not done well. In terms of our two-sided handmade coat, there will be about 500 million middle-income people in the whole country in the future, so there will be about 250 million women and 125 million women in the age group.


    The coat is a winter product, and the winter product divides it into one, that is, 40 million people. Faced with such a market of consumer groups, such as our production capacity and level of the company, in the country's capacity does not exceed 500 thousand pieces. However, if there is a about 12000000 demand in the market, I will ask if there is no market or is we not doing a good job?


    The answer is simple: there is no soft market, only soft products.


    Interviewer: how do you think a product is a good product?


    Lu Darong: first of all, there must be a soul. If you have no soul, no DNA and no core competitiveness, you have no value in this product. Companies also have no value. So I feel that the key to the product is its core competitiveness, its DNA.


    First of all, we know who I am. I feel that positioning is very important. The longest competition depends on core competitiveness. Who are you? Where did they come from? Have a precise positioning for yourself, and then have precise positioning for your customers, so that you can remain competitive.


    When we have a clear understanding of cultural characteristics and product characteristics, you will accurately position your service providers. This is a very important idea, which is consumer centered. So who are your customers?


    For example, we can see that this dress is a noble in Europe. When it comes to Japan, it is a middle class. When it comes to South Korea, it is also a middle class. So, who do we serve HUAYU in China? I believe this definition is very clear, that is, 500 million people above average income.


    Reporter: as a pioneer in the industry of hand coats, how can we better grasp the fashion of overcoat?


    Lu Darong: because we have more than ten years of OEM experience, we can basically grasp the mainstream culture and culture of Japan and Korea in the first few years, so some brands in our country are going to improve themselves in the light of our direction.


    First of all, we should grasp the direction of mainstream culture, add our national conditions, and design a more suitable Chinese clothing version, and build our Chinese element coat. We hope to cooperate with some domestic designers who are willing to create the Chinese style and have a strong sense of innovation to increase the soul of our coat and the soul of China.


    Reporter: how do you view the ecological chain and flexible supply chain?


    Lu Darong: what I feel is very important is to create an ecological chain. Through the mature technology of block chain, we can independently form our ecological chain after our integrity education.


    For example, who will provide wool for our overcoat? Who will do it for cashmere? Who will make this cloth, spin this line, and who will make this garment, and then go to my customers.


    Like the food production process, we can see that the whole process is green, safe, environmentally friendly and life-long responsible, and who is responsible for the problem, so I feel that the more important link is the ecological chain than the flexible chain.


    Therefore, everyone must have a long-term and shared thinking. The upstream and downstream enterprises of our ecological chain work together to make this good stuff and then dedicate it to our consumers at very rational prices. So I feel that when the flexible chain becomes intelligentized, thousands of faces may be achieved, but more importantly, the construction of ecological chain.


    We have to look at the trend of the development of the new era. You consciously go away. You have to go without consciously walking. But when you go unconsciously, you may not already be there. So I feel that the support of the government, the spirit of entrepreneurs, and the idea of building, creating and sharing unity and cooperation is a foundation for us to create a flexible chain and an ecological chain.


    Reporter: would you like to talk about experience?


    Lu Darong: my business philosophy. First of all, we take the consumer as the center, because he is our real God. Second, I insist that differentiated management is different from doing business. Because only when you really have your personality and your soul, will everyone know you and like you. I don't think everyone likes me, so enough people like me.


    Reporter: how do you see such a platform of fashion industrial park?


    Lu Darong: the platform of the fashion industrial park is located in Kunshan, in Shanghai, around the fashion development in Shanghai. I feel it is a farsighted way.
