    In the future, CHENFENG group will continue to invest in PLM product research and development system, supply chain system, MES production execution system, etc.

    Yin Guoxin: I understand quality manufacturing from two levels: first, from the perspective of quality, how to make the quality of the product meet the needs of customers or meet the needs of consumers; second, from the perspective of taste, taste is not only the appearance of a product or a product, but also the trend of fashion.


    Reporter: how to view the current situation of Intelligent Manufacturing in clothing industry?


    Yin Guoxin: in fact, in the past two years, the intelligent manufacturing of garment industry is a hot topic in China, and the market of the whole industry is moving. But now, we still have some pressure on our foundation. For example, how to achieve lean management, meticulous management, how to achieve smooth information. That is to say, there is still a certain gap between ideal and reality.


    At present, many technologies have fully supported the concept of intelligent manufacturing, but there are still some problems in the real practice process or production process. However, we will discuss and solve these problems together with the equipment factories and software enterprises, and strive to make our entire Chinese manufacturing competitive internationally. Because over the past two years, many people feel that the clothing industry seems to be more and more difficult to make. Many people say that the superiority of Southeast Asia has emerged.


    What is the advantage of Southeast Asia? Southeast Asia has only one advantage, that is, the advantage of artificial wages. Is artificial wages the competitive advantage of the industry? I don't think so. Besides, there are, of course, some political factors, or some factors of the government's capital trade, such as tariff, some countries have no tariffs, and some countries may have a low tariff, but this absolutely can not form the core competitive advantage of an enterprise.


    Reporter: what is the biggest challenge of CHENFENG group in Intelligent Manufacturing?


    Yin Guoxin: our biggest challenge now is talent. Our high-level team, as well as middle level executives, including operational teams, need time to learn and adapt to high-tech equipment. The pressure may be relatively large in this regard.


    Reporter: what is the core competitiveness of CHENFENG group?


    Yin Guoxin: I think, first, we have a very good staff team. With such a team, we have obvious advantages in terms of quality and taste.


    The second is fast correspondence. If you want to make quick correspondence, you must make the internal information of the whole company smooth, so that you can make quick correspondence. We also have obvious advantages in this respect.


    Third, we can cooperate with customers to do well in development, so that customers can face the market more quickly and face the consumers. This is also our core competitiveness.


    Reporter: what is the brand positioning of CHENFENG group now?


    Yin Guoxin: our position is still learning. By operating these brands and knowing what adjustments we need to make from production, we can better serve the brands.


    Reporter: what are the expectations for the future of the clothing eco chain?


    Yin Guoxin: we should be strong and strong. China absolutely has the world's best fabric factory, the best accessories factory and the best clothing factory. The morning breeze should not operate the whole industry chain like this. In this respect, I absolutely envy Japan's joint industrial chain. Their cooperation and cooperation between them is absolutely an example for our Chinese people to learn.


    In the future, whether big enterprises or small enterprises, the traditional mode should really be changed, otherwise, it will not be conducive to competition.


    Reporter: how can the morning breeze group carry out sustainable development?


    Yin Guoxin: in terms of sustainable development, we did it earlier. We are the first Chinese to join the civil Labour Association. We are also the first enterprise in the textile and garment industry to join the UN climate organization and make a commitment.


    Reporter: talk about your business philosophy.


    Yin Guoxin: I just want to say that no matter what you do, you need to have a position. What do you want to do? There are two things that you do to make and make a brand. It's not that because you produce well, you can make a brand.


    Many people ask me, why do you choose UNIQLO instead of ZARA?


    In fact, this is not to say that fortunately, when you were actually doing it, UNIQLO, Zara and H&M were doing it, but later I chose UNIQLO.


    First, because of the boss's idea. Second, because UNIQLO is the basic fund, it is aimed at quality. My factory can manage the details of these qualities and do well in these quality matters. The executive personnel at the scene are relatively strong in execution. He can do the details of the guests' requirements well, like UNIQLO's request, and can't have hair and thread.


    Reporter: how do we see the future of Chinese manufacturing enterprises?


    Yin Guoxin: I am particularly optimistic. The reason I am optimistic is the development of our first 30 years, the first is cheap competition, the second is the development of scale. But now, these two points are hard to maintain. Now, facing the products and facing the consumers, this is a real right track. Of course, the past is not to say that it is not formal, but that it is also good to develop in that context. But now I am more optimistic.


    The atmosphere is more conducive to the survival and development of competitive enterprises. So I think this is the best era. Although the consumption and competition of the global textile and clothing are good or bad, I have not seen much influence in recent years.


    Reporter: how do we view the alliance of Chinese clothing quality manufacturers made by China Apparel Association?


    Yin Guoxin: I feel this is a very good thing. At this point, the clothing association is doing this right now. How will China's entire industry face competition in the future? How can we link the industrial chain together? This is what the clothing association should think about.


    Reporter: how do you evaluate these activities since the opening of the fashion industrial park?


    Yin Guoxin: I feel from my point of view, I think, of course, as a fashion industrial park, there are many of them can explore how to better serve the whole industry, including brands, including producers, or to provide them with more help.


    Of course, if the fashion industrial park was established, it should be said that they have done a lot of efforts, and they have done a lot of things. I feel that many things are very effective and helpful. On such a basis, it is better or more targeted for the industry to serve the industry well.


    Reporter: what aspects do you think should be strengthened or upgraded in the future of the fashion industrial park, or what expectations do you have?


    Yin Guoxin: I personally believe that, first of all, from the perspective of information resources, how to make producers, suppliers and brands and consumers build a more transparent and more precise industrial service platform, which I think need to be built in front of us. Secondly, in some of the ideas of education and guidance, in some technology to help, I think all these can work hard.
