There was an advertisement before CCTV:
心有多大，舞臺就有多大。高爾基說過一句話：一個人的奮斗目標(biāo)越高，其所激發(fā)的動力就愈大。古有言之：哀莫大于心死。這些看起來都風(fēng)馬牛不相及，實際上卻反應(yīng)了一個共同的道理：心態(tài)決定一切。凡做事前，心態(tài)好是前提。做陶瓷銷售亦是如此，前不久看一陶瓷行業(yè)報，上面一位陶瓷銷售同仁在談優(yōu)秀業(yè)務(wù)員的條件時，第一點就提到心態(tài)的重要。筆者因感之同道，故觸感而發(fā)。

Some manufacturers' salesmen, who can not find customers in the market development, complain that products are not good, the company's strength is not good enough, and the market is not good; if the customer talks about problems, they push the responsibility on the products; the customer loyalty is not high enough, and they complain that the service system of the manufacturers is not perfect; if the sales performance fails, they complain that the wages are not good enough, and they are not in the mood.

The mentality of a salesperson is actually the guiding ideology, soul, spirit and good mentality of all work, study and life. It is a correct, rational, objective, multi angle and multi-faceted view of people and things around.

To grasp the essence of things is to be calm and passionate, subjective and objective, and to be active in life.

A bad mentality is to avoid difficulties when faced with difficulties, to retreat when faced with difficulties, to take advantage of cheap ones, to learn to be crazy by taking a little achievement, and finally to make a mess of work and life.

Admittedly, how much do we have as a salesperson?
同路人曾經(jīng)滄海桑田、曾經(jīng)巫山浮云;曾經(jīng)多少回遭人白眼、橫眉冷對;又多少回苦盡甘來，藍(lán)田玉暖。因為，它本身就是一個高壓力、高要求的職業(yè)。我們必須要能經(jīng)受挫折、經(jīng)受風(fēng)雨，才能顯英雄本色，寶劍鋒從磨礪出，梅花香自苦寒來。所以，我們面對一些生活路上、工作路上所賜予我們的酸甜苦辣，都要能以一種感恩的心態(tài)去接受，笑對生活，方能做好業(yè)務(wù)，才能成為一個優(yōu)秀的業(yè)務(wù)員!
