The General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China (AQSIQ) recently organized a national supervision and spot check on the quality of leather shoes. A total of 90 kinds of products (not involving export products) produced by 90 enterprises in 8 provinces and municipalities directly under the Central Government, including Zhejiang, Fujian, Guangdong, Sichuan, Shandong, Chongqing, Jiangsu and Shanghai, were sampled, and the qualified rate of product physical quality sampling was 98.2%. Among them, 7 kinds of national inspection free products and 2 kinds of Chinese famous brand products were spot checked, and the sampling pass rate of product physical quality was 100%. ?

　　 Interpretation of the report: two indicators are easy to "lose shape" ?

According to the requirements specified in the standard QB/T1002-2005 Leather Shoes, this spot check inspected 10 items of leather shoes, including sensory quality, upper sole peeling strength, upper pulling strength, folding resistance of finished shoes, wear resistance of outsole, heel adhesion, heel hardness of molded soles, hook center hardness, hook center bending stiffness and logo. ?

The results of the spot check show that the national supervision and spot check have promoted the improvement of the quality awareness of enterprises and strengthened the quality management. The single conformity rate of the hook center bending stiffness, outsole wear resistance, heel adhesion, upper pull-out strength, and molded sole heel hardness of products has reached 100%. In addition, large manufacturing enterprises with high market share have good product quality, and all inspected items meet the requirements of national standards. ?

Although the overall quality level is high, it is still found in the spot check that the bending resistance and peel strength of some products are unqualified, which is easy to produce deformation, fracture and other conditions during the wearing process, affecting the service life of the products. ?

It is understood that the folding performance is an indicator to check whether the sole and upper of the finished shoe are easy to break or crack, which directly reflects the flexion resistance of the outsole of leather shoes and is a comprehensive quality indicator of the wearing life of leather shoes. According to the standard of Leather Shoes (QB/T1002-2005), the folding performance index of leather shoes is that the crack length should be ≤ 30mm, the new crack after folding should be ≤ 5.0mm and should not exceed 3 places, and there should be no crack or upper bottom glue opening after folding. In the spot check, the crack length of the folding resistance of some products is 72.6mm, which exceeds the requirements of the standard limit value. ?

In addition, the peel strength is an important indicator to assess the adhesive strength of upper and sole of leather shoes. Products with low adhesive strength of upper and sole may produce glue opening during wearing and storage, thus affecting the appearance and quality of the whole shoe. QB/T1002-2005 Leather Shoes stipulates that the peel strength of leather shoes shall not be less than 40N/cm. The peel strength of some products in the spot check is 24N/cm, which does not meet the requirements of the minimum limit value in the standard. ?

Relevant experts remind consumers that the quality of materials is the key factor affecting the quality of leather shoes. The main types of common leather upper leather materials are cow leather, pig leather, sheepskin and other natural leather. Different materials have different hardness, wear resistance and gloss, so you must carefully identify them when you choose. To judge the quality of leather upper leather, you can press the leather upper with your fingers first. If there are large wrinkles, it means that the leather is poor, and there are small radioactive lines. When you release your fingers, the lines disappear, indicating good elasticity and good surface leather; In addition, the surface of the product shall be smooth and fine, bright in color, uniform in overall color, and the coating layer shall be firm, free of loose surface and crack. As for the lacquered leather shoes that are popular this year, they are also very particular when they are purchased. Lacquered leather shoes are usually divided into two types: one is made of synthetic leather sprayed with chemical materials, and the other is to spray a layer of bright and transparent "paint" on the dyed leather. The former is usually thick in color and relatively thick in leather, but hard in texture and slightly poor in permeability.
