This technology breaks through the bottleneck of high energy consumption of traditional dyeing process, realizes zero sewage discharge throughout fiber production, and provides a benchmark case for green transformation of the industry. The project has developed the key technology and equipment for high-capacity preparation of high-quality in-situ polymerization stock solution dyed polyester fiber, built the world's first 100000 t/a production line, improved the quality of stock solution dyed polyester fiber, helped to improve the replacement ratio of stock solution dyeing to traditional dyeing, and reduced textile printing and dyeing pollution.
