When the enterprises, farmers' professional cooperatives, and foreign (regional) enterprises' permanent representative offices (hereinafter referred to as "enterprises") are registered, the business administration department shall issue a business license for the unification of the social credit codes by legal persons and other organizations.

As for the pition from "three cards to one" to "five cards in one" reform, relevant staff of the Dongguan Municipal Industry and Commerce Bureau reminded that the original license card will remain valid until January 1, 2018.

Starting from January 1, 2018, the business license with unified code will be used, and the unissued certificate will no longer be valid.
