During the "12th Five-Year" period, the per capita labor productivity of China's textile industry increased by an average of 10% annually, and 16 achievements were awarded the national science and technology award.

According to the plan, by the end of 13th Five-Year, the amount of invention patents in the textile industry increased by 15% annually, and the total labor productivity of Enterprises above designated size increased by 8% annually. The proportion of expenditure on research and development of large and medium-sized enterprises reached 1% of the main business income.

We should focus on improving the production efficiency of enterprises, adjust and optimize the manufacturing process, and develop a new mode of collaborative manufacturing based on the Internet.

The plan mainly focuses on five key areas, including enhancing the innovative development capability of the chemical fiber industry, expanding the application of industrial textiles, enhancing the development and utilization level of natural fibers, promoting the innovation of the fashion home textile industry mode, and improving the quality of high-end textile machinery manufacturing.

The plan proposes to expand the application of industrial textiles in key areas such as environmental protection and ecological rehabilitation, medical and health care for the elderly, emergency public safety, building pportation, aerospace and new materials.

With the special implementation of industrial strong foundation projects, we should strengthen the research on the basic technology of chemical fiber, optimize the production process, strengthen the collaborative development with downstream industries, and promote the high quality and low cost industrial production and mass application of high performance fibers and biologically based fibers.

In addition, the plan also proposes that the integration of two technologies should be strengthened, and the whole set of intelligent textile technology and equipment will be industrialized. Intelligent manufacturing will become an important force to promote the pformation and upgrading of the textile industry.

At the end of 13th Five-Year, the quality of textile and clothing products was further improved, the conversion rate of international standard was increased by 10 percentage points, the brand management system of textile industry was further improved, the brand talent team grew stronger, the brand service level increased significantly, and the brand international operation ability increased significantly, forming a number of well-known brands with high market recognition and good reputation.
