    In January 2016, Guo Pei carried a series of "courtyard" series on the Paris fashion week.     The release show was held in the old Department of Commerce Building of France, which is a commercial center more than 200 years ago. The more than 500 seats at the scene are packed, and Guo Pei uses "meet" as the theme of the new series of 2016/17 autumn and winter. Again, she uses design and Gao Ding to tell her faith in dreams, the thinking of cause and effect, and the perception of time. "Foresight" means "meeting" and dreams come true. With his unique perspective and design concept, Guo Pei used 29 works to express his thoughts on reality and future.

    Special materials and materials in the whole series. Fabric It is a highlight of design. A combination of fabric with a sense of technology and surrealism and a combination of classical and complex handicraft techniques creates a strong dream atmosphere. Complex and exquisite handwork is still an indispensable point in Guo Pei's design. The magnificent gold embroidery is used to express the dragon of the beast in Chinese classical legend. This is the second time that Guo Pei used the "dragon" element to run through the whole design series. Unlike the series of "Dragon Stories" published in 2012, in the new series, "dragon", a symbol of emperors and rights in Chinese culture, is more low-key and aesthetical in design.

    Reporter: how do you comment on the "meet" series released by Gao Ding Zhou?

    Guo Pei: this series is definitely better than January. I did better than January. It was designed in May 19th and made in June 19th. In such a short time, I can do well in this show. I don't think there's anything to be afraid of in the future.

    Reporter: it took 1 months to make the design. It sounds incredible.

    Guo Pei: there is a story behind this. Actually, this time I intended to release the "church" series, but I couldn't finish it. The technology was too complicated, and needles were not tied in. Embroidery workers were anxious to tell me, "you have to try". I said no need to try, try to do it! At that time, I wanted to not do it this time, I will not do it this time, I will drag it on for half a year, and release it again in January next year. So I said to my husband (Lao Cao), let him write an email to the Gao Ding Union and tell them that I didn't publish this time because I didn't want to show you what I didn't finish. In the end, I don't know whether Lao Cao really contacted me or not. After that, I left it for two trips to the United States, one time magazine's "Global 100 person" award, and another speech by the United Nations. I remember very clearly that after the completion of the speech by the United Nations, the list of Gao Ding Zhou, which I saw in the United States in the evening of May 18th, was immediately on the list. Did it mean that I did not do it? Why am I still on the list? This time it must be dead! The previous churches have stopped. Now there is only one month to go. How can it be done?

    Interviewer: but you did it.

    Guo Pei: I think it's amazing. When I saw that the list was "dead," Lao Cao said to me, "if you don't do it, it's your business. If you don't do it, you will still invite it." You don't do it though it's your business, but you have to explain to the media why not, you see, there are several media outlets now, at least fifty media will report... " I was so sleepy that I fell in love with anyone and slept. In the morning, I got up more than four planes to catch up with the plane. I never thought I could save the plane. I would never tell the media, because I couldn't tell the media. Then I could not talk to the media. Then I took a taxi and took out a pen from the bag and began to draw. Then, Lao Cao pulled me in a daze to line up and pass through the customs. I drew a picture of it to the lounge, and then entered the airplane. It had already taken off. I finally sent the last picture out and sent out an order to make a plate. After landing in Beijing, I immediately wanted to give them some shoes.

    Reporter: I feel a little desperate.

    Guo Pei: it's amazing. I can't understand it now. What is even more amazing is that there are two clothes in this series for three years. These two clothes were made three years ago. In a series called "foresight", I made these two clothes and never made this series again. In January, I wanted to put them in, but I could not put them in because it was not the style of the series at all. I felt that the two clothes were all up and down, and it was not pleasant to see. But after three years, it was not good enough to attack our manual group, so we said we should put it down first. Speaking to the United Nations, I saw an exhibition of "technology and handcraft" at the Metropolitan Museum. I came back to see how these two dresses were pleasing to the eye, and completely coincided with the theme of technology and handwork, and the two pieces in the exhibition were totally inferior to their exhibits. Then the whole series I released in July was extended to these two styles.

    Reporter: so you foresee something three years ago, and now you finally meet?

    Guo Pei: in Chinese, you don't have to arrange many times. But before things happen, you have foresight. Ideal is actually a kind of foresight, but many people do not grasp their own foresight, do not follow the way of mind, what he wants to do is not to use rationality to check right and wrong. In fact, there is no right or wrong standard in the world. The world was wrong yesterday. Today is right, today is right, tomorrow is wrong, there will never be any standard. If people make any decisions with right and wrong, it will be very painful. Many people measure the standard of things is to use benefits, to gain and lose. This is how much I lose and how much I get. It's all in balance. Time is spent in weighing, measuring life, judging right and wrong, and not moving forward. The real life should be the life ahead, but how do you know you should go that way? It is foresight. With your foreknowledge, if you want to do it, you will have an urge to do it. Go with your heart.

    Interviewer: how do you make decisions at the crossroads? As chief business mentors, what inspiration can you give to your business owners?

    Guo Pei: in fact, all the right and wrong results are always upholding. Taking the time to move forward does not matter to the fault, but sometimes it can go further. Just like this show, when I said I didn't do it and put it down, many people around me said it was right. This is courage! You dare to let it go! This is your courage! When I first wanted to give up the church, I gave up and pushed it back. I didn't keep entangling in this matter. Because I was imperfect and imperfect, why did I do it? I did it according to my standards. I must be perfect and imperfect. So I removed the church series and made a simple "meet". Because you will have many real meetings on this road. For example, I am right to go to New York. I put it down. It is right to put down my mind to go to New York. When it was too late for me to go to the United States, I would not go to the show. If I did, I would not go. If I had been anxious to make a show before, but after this time I put it down, I felt that I had met more different things, and even to the last show, it was also "meet".

    Reporter: in January this year, your first appearance in the "courtyard" series released by Gao Ding Zhou has impressed many people, and new China is also very proud of being the main sponsor.     Guo Pei: I think this series will definitely sell well in Europe! May someone have doubts about how well it can be done in a month? Actually, it is all I accumulated over the past thirty years. There are many pieces of embroidery that were removed from the previous design. The fabrics are almost all the good fabrics that I have accumulated over the years, and even two have been done for three years. When enough accumulation is made, many things are easy to do.
