Cotton Textile Industry Overall Demand Downturn Pattern Three Points

"According to the economic operation of cotton textile industry last year, the overall demand for cotton textile industry is low and the operation is more difficult. Especially due to the global economic crisis and the quality of domestic cotton, it is difficult for enterprises to find cotton raw materials that meet the quality of production demand in the new year to produce pure cotton yarn.

However, with the increasing demand for comfort and functionality of textiles, the application of colored spun yarn, new structural yarn, differential fiber, functional yarn and special yarn has developed rapidly.

Ye Jianchun, vice president of China Cotton Textile Industry Association, briefed reporters.

In the rapid development of the yarn market, China's cotton yarn market has quietly shown the trend of three parts of imported yarn, Xinjiang yarn and mainland yarn.

In this regard, ye Chun Chun analysis that from the beginning of this year, the growth rate of imports of yarn is slowing down, mainly because domestic cotton prices and international cotton prices are drawing closer, so the slowdown in import yarn growth is an inevitable phenomenon.

Ye Jianchun stressed that because of the depressed market demand, the output of Chinese yarn is expected to remain unchanged from last year, but the pressure of the enterprises will be bigger and bigger.

Therefore, China's yarn enterprises should actively pform, on the one hand, we should actively innovate product varieties, enhance production efficiency, and increase the added value of products.

On the other hand, we should actively link up with the downstream industry chain and expand the downstream market demand.

In terms of Xinjiang yarn, Ye Jianchun pointed out that with the increasing number of textile enterprises invested in Xinjiang in the past two years, the production capacity of Xinjiang yarn will be released this year, which will definitely have a certain impact on imported yarn and mainland yarn.

"The volume of Xinjiang yarn will definitely increase this year, and the beginning of the second half of Xinjiang yarn will also slow down the import yarn growth."

As for the mainland yarn, ye Yun Chun said that under the double impact of both inside and outside, the mainland yarn enterprises must make changes, do not take the old road of producing traditional yarns, and turn to the direction of multi component structure, new fibers and fancy yarns, so as to improve the added value of products.

This year is the first year of the implementation of the "13th Five-Year plan". The China Cotton Textile Industry Association attaches great importance to the exhibition and actively organizes various enterprises to participate in the exhibition.

"We have mainly divided five regions in this exhibition."

Introduce the high count yarn product area to Wuxi cotton and other traditions.

For example, the pure cotton yarn products are represented by high quality boutique cotton yarn, and the representative products of fancy yarn and special yarn area are jet vortex yarn, blended yarn and slub yarn produced by Jingyi, Hongyang, Hengfeng and other enterprises. The functional and differential yarn areas are represented by green spinning Union, Shandong Lian run and Nantong Shuang Hong. The products of the exhibition are mainly functional and differential yarns. The color spinning area is represented by Bailong East, and the main products are colored spun yarn. The Xinjiang yarn exhibition area is mainly based on the joint venture, Huafu color spinning, and other enterprises invested in Xinjiang.

Local businesses focus on yarn products produced in Xinjiang.

"In addition, we will hold product promotion meetings at the exhibition site, and recommend a number of superior products to our customers and audiences."

Referring to the role of the exhibition, Ye Jianchun said that the exhibition played an important role in promoting the development of industries and enterprises. Especially in recent years, under the downturn of the market situation, many enterprises needed such a platform to promote their products. At the same time, some new superior products in the industry also made use of this important platform to expand the market and achieved good results.
