The acquisition of Gartner Sports Srl, a Italy distributor, hopes to further expand its business in Europe. The two sides have not disclosed the details of the paction.
Gartner Sports Srl, founded by Italy skier Arthur Gartner, has acted as a sports brand of Puma Puma, Porolastic Olympia, and Derbystar. It was once in a dilemma in 90s, and then became a new distributor of New Balance new belon Italy exclusive distributor in 1996.
For this paction, Fran Allen, who was promoted to vice president of EMEA regional group in February 2015, said that the acquisition of Gartner Sports has milestone significance, and this paction will further expand the group's influence in the European market.
