Even if they started or resumed work, they were only producing one or two production lines or several machines. The demand for labor in the whole industry would drop sharply.

Another big change is that shoe makers in Guangdong and other places rush to Jinjiang to find their owners.

Although the small and medium-sized export oriented enterprises continue to struggle in the "cold winter" after the holidays, the return rate of the old employees is also decreasing, but this is also an opportunity for large shoe enterprises with good growth and domestic sales to recruit and expand their enterprises.

The "leading brother" - Anta (China) Co., Ltd., responsible for human resources, said that because of the expansion of production, Anta had more than 1000 workers this year. Recently, more than 100 skilled workers are recruited every day.

Another local company, XTEP (China) Limited, has opened a new factory in Jinjiang.

There are still a lot of famous enterprises to recruit large numbers of workers. Jordan (China) Co., Ltd. disclosed that thousands of skilled employees were needed after the expansion of the production line.

From the recruitment situation in Jinjiang, we can see that the large shoe enterprises are confident of this year's market.

PEAK group stakeholders said that the global financial crisis struck, the domestic market has not been greatly affected, and PEAK will expand its capacity this year, increase production lines, will continue to expand the store, and after the festival, it will recruit 2000 front-line workers.

There are a large number of export oriented small and medium-sized shoe factories in the big company near the shoe factory.

"How much is the total number of enterprises in advance?"

A person from the shoe industry association of Quanzhou said that the choice of early leave is the frustration of the factory's "downsizing plan". How high is the recovery rate of such enterprises after the holiday?

At the gate of many small and medium shoe factories not far away from the high-tech industrial park of Chen Dai Town, the reporters saw that most of the factory gates were hung with banners such as "warmly welcome the old staff to return to the factory" and "recruit a large number of skilled workers".

A small shoe factory owner said that during the Spring Festival, some shoemaker owners went around to seek orders from trading companies, or to find factories like Anta and XTEP to talk about OEM cooperation to prepare for resumption.

However, some orders are too low in profit, and the payment cycle is long. Many small factories are afraid to pick up them. Therefore, we can only pick some good orders and start work first.

It is also an important way to spend winter in Jinjiang footwear industry.
