The whole cotton quality evaluation system has undergone fundamental changes. After the release of the management rules, 38 processing plants belonging to 9 enterprises put forward the use of " China cotton " The application of the logo only after a series of procedures, such as data review, field inspection and expert examination, finally identified 35 cotton processing plants belonging to 8 enterprises.

According to the China Cotton Association, the wrapped lint produced by these enterprises not only meets the specific quality requirements, but also meets the requirements of production quality: cotton production is in the advantageous area of national planning, and the varieties are "cotton varieties approved by the state (or provincial level)"; in the cotton flower growth process, the "soil testing formula fertilizer" and water saving technology are used, and the pesticide residues such as pesticides used in national registration on cotton and pesticide residues can not exceed 0.05 mg / kg, reflecting the "quality of China cotton".
