    I learned from foreign trade. Over 30 years ago, I was an employee of the fur and leather Department of a state-owned foreign trade import and export company, that is, the employees of state-owned enterprises, so I am now engaged in the fur industry.

    In 1989, I went to Shenzhen to develop, first served in a central enterprise, and then invested in Securities for ten years.


    13 years later, I returned to Zhejiang to resume my old business.

    State owned enterprises no longer have monopoly status. Without the threshold, everyone has the opportunity to contact foreign businessmen. The entire foreign trade company of Zhejiang province has already blossomed everywhere.

    But in those years, I was lucky enough to get help from some people who agree with my ideas and values.


    Shortly after I returned to Zhejiang, the industry held a top-level exhibition. I really wanted to take part in it, but at that time, the company was very nervous, so it was very stressful to attend the exhibition.

    At this juncture, a colleague with strong strength in the industry came forward and offered to sponsor me to attend the exhibition.

    And at the exhibition, they are willing to play the supporting role, we must play the leading role.

    In the past more than 10 years in Shenzhen, I have met all kinds of people. Indeed, in this commercial society, many people pursue the principle of "interest first".

    But I always believe that there are many businessmen with conscience. These are the people who have always had confidence in human nature.

    This is a short message from my cell phone. It comes from an old customer in Shanghai.

    A few months ago, the customer bought a dress at one of my stores, when she suggested that a button on her dress was not suitable for color, indicating that she wanted to change it to another color.

    Our salesperson promised on the spot that she would send her button to her shortly after she bought the clothes and went away doubtful.

    Soon after, she received the buttons from our factory. She was very surprised. I didn't expect to receive the buttons, and immediately sent me this short message.


    We always adhere to the sincere treatment of customers, and we also harvest the sincere return of customers, we have a lot of repeat customers.

    For example, this client brought us many guests over time.


    I have always told my staff that we refuse to sell hard, and that sales should be reasonable, based on the needs of consumers. We should not sell the black products to white for sale, and break the unsuitable ones into suitable ones.

    The clothes we sell are not meant to be hung in wardrobes, but only if people want to wear them out every day.

    If someone buys it back and wears it and feels bad, hanging it in the closet for a lot of time is a waste of social resources and even a failure.

    Therefore, consumers do not always refuse to return products.


    My concept of value is the concept of multi win: the clothes I sell have improved the happiness of consumers, and consumers have been thinking about wearing them every day, and I have also gained benefits. This is a win-win situation.

    If I compulsorily sell products that consumers do not like, consumers will regret it after they buy it. I do not think this paction is successful.


    However, not forcing sales is not a promotion. For the uncertain dealers, I tell my employees to boldly recommend and encourage them to give both sides a chance and give their consumers a chance.

    There is a very representative example: last year, a dealer in Xinjiang was hesitant about a costume, wondering whether the local people would be interested.

    Our salesman suggested that he take several past attempts first, and if there is no sale, we will replace the bags.

    Finally, the dress was sold very well locally, and this year the dealer came to pick up 500 of these styles.

    This is a win-win or even win win sale. Consumers are happy, dealers are satisfied, and we are also making profits.

    In this big environment, how to combine our interests and business with the interests of businessmen is a university question. For business practitioners, it is also a great challenge. We have done well in these years. We can say that we have rich experience in practice.


    In terms of quality control, we are never vague, and we are cautious in dealing with the issue of corporate reputation.


    On one occasion, a German customer ordered 200 pieces of fur. After completion, there were 20 minor defects. We took the initiative to inform the customers through mail, text and pictures.

    But because of our trust, customers feel that the problem is not big, ready to accept these 20 clothes, and repeatedly asked us to deliver the goods to him, but we still insist on removing these 20 clothes.

    On the one hand, it is responsible for the customers, preventing the customers from suffering the possible economic losses, and on the other hand, they also attach importance to the reputation of the company.


    From heaven to the world, fur is pushed to the public.

    Fur, as a luxury product, is not accepted by the ordinary people. It wanders in the rich circles of the upper class.

    Most consumers can only expect fur.

    But in recent years, with the development of economy and the improvement of people's living standard, people's recognition of fur products has increased, the demand for fur and leather has increased year by year, and the consumption of fur has also increased significantly.

    As for the Chinese market, the role of consumers and manufacturers has changed: from the developed countries to China, to supply raw materials and semi-finished products, and now China has become the main consumer, and the raw materials all over the world are sold to China.

    From the supply of raw materials to semi finished products to finished products, China also reflects the rise of China's fur market and the improvement of the manufacturing level of fur industry.


    This era has brought me great business opportunities. I have created two brands of "MARAWIN (Yuan Sheng)" and "Mi Fei Lan", focusing on highlighting the fashion and peace of fur, and developing the style to younger.


    Because our company was originally purely engaged in foreign trade, fur originally exported to Europe, America, Japan and so on, so our clothing has the advantage of taking the lead in the international fashion.

    After converting the business part of the company into domestic sales, I incorporated Chinese characteristics on the basis of the original clothing, which not only retained the fashionable elements of the international fashion, but also accords with the international practice, and also accords with the people's wearing habits.


    In order to open the market more widely, I not only work hard in fur style, but also strive to control costs and strive for price advantage in the market competition.

    Many times, we import raw materials directly from abroad.

    Because there are also perfect channels to buy and sell abroad, our suppliers abroad can not only provide us with raw materials, but also provide us with information on the latest trends.


    I think the consumption of fur and fur products is in the ascendant.

    In the past few years, the consumption of leather, feather, cotton and woollen fabrics has been overheated in China. The trend of fur has not yet arrived. This is mainly driven by high price and single style. After making efforts to improve these two aspects, I believe that the fur market will have unexpected breakthroughs.


    At present, our far outsold products are exported to Europe, America, Japan and Korea, and sell well all over the country. Last year, they had more than two billion sales.
