China And Japan White List Management System Officially Announced

At present, a total of 56 textile enterprises have received white list qualifications, and 16 testing laboratories have been tested for qualification.

Reporters in Ji'nan, Shandong, held in the Japanese industry self-discipline standard and white list management system seminar, learned that the second batch of enterprises to join the list of white list management system officially announced, Qingdao Guihua Knitting Co., Ltd. and other 32 enterprises get white list qualification.

At this point, there are 56 in our country.

Enterprises received the white list qualification, and the 16 testing laboratories of the China Textile Industry Federation Testing Center (Beijing) were tested for qualification.

According to introduction, Japan

In March 29th this year, the alliance officially announced "no self discipline standard for azo dyes industry". The standard requires that Japanese textile and garment products should be provided with specific azo dye test reports, no specific azo dye undertaking and dyeing factory details.

In March 29th, the Ministry of economy and industry of Japan issued a circular calling for associations to rapidly promote the application of the self-discipline standard, marking the formal implementation of the industry self-discipline standard in Japan.

Since April 1st, Japan's Ministry of health and labour has started the legalization process of the industry's self-discipline standard.

After the implementation of the standard, China's export of Japanese products needs to be tested by batch, and the cost of export will increase significantly.

In order to minimize the adverse impact of the implementation of standards on the cost of trade, the China Textile Industry Federation and the Japanese side decided to establish a white list management system.

When exported to Japan, the products that have obtained the white list qualification can be recognized by the Japanese importers who are in the system, so as not to detect specific azo dyes.

Since the implementation of the confession list management system, following the Ito Yang Hua Tang, Japanese enterprises, including Itou Tada, emperor, Marubeni, Dongyang spinning, Mitsui products, Sumitomo and residential gold products, have joined the white list management system.

As for the purpose of the implementation of the white list management system, Xia Lun min emphasized that this will help ensure that the textile trade between China and Japan will remain smooth; in the process of promoting the establishment of the white list qualification, it will enhance the quality of our printing and dyeing and fabric enterprises; the white list management system promoted by China and Japan has also been concerned by the European and American countries and regions. Under the condition of ensuring the safety of textiles, Europe and the United States will adopt such a system; providing safe and reliable consumer goods to domestic consumers will not make the textile safety problem a problem in our country.

At present, among the 56 textile enterprises with the white list qualification, Shandong enterprises occupy 12 seats.

Xia Zhilin pointed out that due to the geographical advantages of Shandong and Japan, Japan has been Shandong's largest export market for many years.

The launch of the white list management system will escort the Shandong textile enterprises to export to the Japanese market.

Xia Zhilin also put forward hope for Shandong's relevant testing institutions, as soon as possible to get the white list testing qualification, breaking the current situation of Shandong's no laboratory.
