Since then, delegates have proposed more than 60 amendments to improve the law. On the basis of conscientiously studying the representative motions and summarizing the judicial practice, we put forward the draft amendment to the civil procedure law. Taking into account the large volume of civil cases, all sides are concerned about the revision of the civil procedure law. The next step is to revise and perfect the draft on the basis of extensive solicitation of opinions and sufficient research and argumentation.
