　 "The 12th Five Year Plan" has you and me

Shen Jieliang: In this five years, we will further strengthen and expand the main business of automobile interior fabrics, and develop the interior fabrics of trains, planes and other transportation vehicles to expand internationally market Share. While extending the industrial chain, the company is also constantly strengthening internal management, reducing costs and expenses, and providing products with higher cost performance for the market. In the past five years, we will increase input and output in energy conservation, environmental protection and circular economy in accordance with the guidance of national industrial policies for the automobile industry and textile industry, so as to steadily increase the sales and profits of enterprises and create value for the country, society and shareholders.

Ma Yongmei: Donglun Textile“ the 12th Five-Year Plan ”In the next few years, we will mainly focus on the transformation and upgrading of enterprises, including innovation and scale. Spunlace industry is vulnerable to fluctuations in raw materials. In the recent plight of frequent price increases in raw materials, Spunlace enterprises should make efforts to increase added value and develop differentiation, and guide market application with value-added products. Large enterprises that can develop first should seek innovation on the premise of fulfilling their social responsibilities. Donglun's strategic planning will reflect the demonstration role of large enterprises.

Liu Shuping: The development goal of Borg in the next two or three years is to do a good job in the technical transformation and upgrading of traditional industries. The existing filter material production in China is mostly based on the digestion and absorption of imported foreign processes. In recent years, enterprises are focusing on upgrading, updating equipment and innovating processes, so as to improve product quality and reduce energy consumption standards. On the other hand, enterprises have improved the degree of automation, and it is easier to achieve large production and wide production.

Cui Zhanming: This year is the first year of the company's third five-year plan. In the past five years, based on the sales of 500 million yuan and the profit of 50 million yuan in 2010, the enterprise plans to achieve a sales of 2.5 billion yuan, and plan the new industrial park project. Focusing on the five-year goal, the enterprise focuses on product development, and the filament spunbonded needle punched nonwovens suitable for large-scale projects have been put into production in the second half of last year. The width of the product has been increased from a maximum of 6 meters to 7.2 meters, effectively saving materials, reducing costs and improving quality in water conservancy, airport and landfill projects. For the needs of the South to North Water Transfer Project, the enterprise adopts roughening treatment in the innovation of finishing process, which increases the friction of geotextile and enhances the buffering of civil structure.

Dong Anli: The "12th Five Year Plan" period will be a new stage of national development. Our planning goal in the past five years is to expand the production scale on the premise of maintaining technology leadership and market demand. It is preliminarily estimated that by the end of 2015, the sales volume will reach 150 million to 200 million yuan, and the gross margin will be close to 50%; The second is to build the second factory in Yanyang, Wuzhou, to continue to maintain the regional advantage in Beijing and create profit space.

Talk about Kunlun: During the "12th Five Year Plan" period, the Group will continue to develop new products, and strive to realize China's traffic lightweight through the development and production of thermoplastic plates; At the same time, we will vigorously develop carbon fiber composites, increase the production of carbon fiber multi axial fabrics for aerospace, and promote the rapid development of China's economy. In five years, we will strive to achieve sales of 3 billion to 5 billion yuan and profits and taxes of more than 1 billion yuan.

Shen Jieliang: With the listing of Kuangda in 2010, the company's starting status and employees' mental outlook are better than any other year, showing a boom in production and sales.

Ma Yongmei: Due to the sharp rise in the price of raw materials in the fourth quarter of last year, some spunlace enterprises have limited production and stopped production, and the industry is in a downturn. However, since this year, the market demand for nonwoven sanitary materials has increased, consumers have strong demand for disposable products, and enterprises have resumed normal full production, which should be a good scene for the beginning of this year. The recent earthquake in Japan may lead to increased demand, making the market trend confusing.

Liu Shuping: In the first three months of this year, the company's production line started very fully. The high-precision filter media developed by the enterprise that can block 1 micron dust has basically completed the pilot phase, and it is expected that the enterprise will mass produce and put on the market in the second half of the year.

Cui Zhanming: It is roughly estimated that the domestic geotextile consumption this year will be about 3 million tons. In addition to various infrastructure projects, the agricultural water conservancy construction for drought and flood prevention as the national key agricultural initiatives this year will become another project to stimulate domestic demand. In addition to the demand for some artificial lake landscapes and drinking water projects, the use of geotextiles will continue to grow. In this market trend, we strive to develop products with high quality and high technology content.

Dong Anli: Wuzhou Yanyang is an enterprise that has gradually turned from the production of military supplies to the production of civilian goods. The application of the company's water storage soft bags, oil storage tanks, infusion soft pipes and other products has been expanding. It is expected to achieve sales of 25 million to 30 million yuan this year. In the export market, the special field transmission pipeline developed by the company after two years of hard work has obtained the access permit of the corresponding country, and this year it is planned to complete sales of 15 million to 20 million yuan.

Talk about Kunlun: The goal for 2011 is to achieve sales of 1.5 billion yuan and profits and taxes of 300 million yuan. Today, the glass fiber multi axial wind power blade base cloth products have accounted for a large proportion of the company. On this basis, we extend the fabric to glass fiber plate to replace metal. Relying on our equipment R&D foundation, we are constantly stretching our product lines by adopting low-cost processes. In August this year, our independently developed glass fiber panel production equipment will also be launched.

Shen Jieliang: We are willing to make due contributions to the national textile industry, especially in the field of automobile and transportation textiles, actively participate in the formulation of national industry standards, especially increase R&D investment, actively carry out production, education and research activities, cooperate with foreign universities, scientific research institutions and the same industry, and integrate with the international industry.

Ma Yongmei: Donglun is the president unit of Spunlace Branch of Industrial Use Association, which is responsible for uploading and issuing policies and guidelines, guiding self-discipline and standardized operation, organizing academic exchanges in the industry, and promoting the development of new application directions.

Liu Shuping: On the one hand, advantageous enterprises can contribute to the industry is leading technological innovation and actively eliminating backward production capacity. Borg has been practicing and constantly replacing traditional process equipment with new technologies.

Dong Anli: What we do is special textiles with narrow field, strong technology and high profits. Some products are comparable to international leading technologies. Therefore, we strive to occupy the forefront, constantly increase the technical content of textile soft products, improve the added value and profitability, and make some achievements for the contribution rate of technology and brands in the future industrial textile industry.

Yang Ziran: Hong Kong Nonwovens Association of China and China Industrial Textiles Industry Association are two industry organizations in different parts of China. We are very supportive of the work of the Mainland Association. The exchanges between the two associations are rich, including exhibitions, forums, mutual visits, etc., which are very helpful to the development of China's nonwoven industry.

Huang Zuji: The most important cooperation between the American Nonwovens Association and the China Industrial Textiles Industry Association is to introduce international product standards and testing methods to China. China's nonwoven industry is developing very fast, constantly emerging new varieties and developing new applications, but the promotion of new products needs to be guaranteed by accurate relevant standards and test methods. Some more advanced standards and test methods in the United States can be used for reference by Chinese peers.

　 Need more support from the association

Shen Jieliang: I hope this industry association will consider setting up a textile branch for automobile transportation and strengthen the alliance and cooperation with the industry. I personally pay most attention to the development trend, scientific research cooperation, merger and reorganization and other information of international automobile fabric manufacturers.

Ma Yongmei: When the industrial development encounters difficulties, the Association would better help coordinate the government, upstream and downstream, and play a role in balancing the healthy development of the industry.

Liu Shuping: The technological innovation of small and medium-sized enterprises needs continuous capital, time and market investment. For example, Borg invested 80 million yuan in technological innovation last year, which is basically the sum of the previous years. This year, another 80 million yuan will be invested. Moreover, the project construction period is long, and it will take about two years to reach the production capacity. Therefore, it is hoped that the new association can give support in terms of preferential policies and application channels.

Cui Zhanming: I hope that the China Industrial Textile Industry Association can provide help on the topic and path of cooperation between enterprises and scientific research institutions, and also conform to the innovative model of "production, learning, research and use" advocated by experts. Secondly, can the Association further guide industry self-discipline by organizing product exchange and evaluation in a certain field.

Dong Anli: I really hope that the new association will strengthen information channel services. Because for enterprise innovation, providing information is more effective than providing funds. Through information exchange, enterprises can grasp the direction of scientific research and get real returns.

Yang Ziran: I hope that the China Industrial Textile Industry Association can promote enterprises to go abroad more widely to communicate with their counterparts in the world, better adapt to the development of China's industry and participate in higher level international competition, and get the correct information. In addition, I hope that the Association can accommodate different opinions and give more voice to many people, which will help the enterprise carry out its work more smoothly.

Huang Zuji: We must believe that the nonwoven application market in China will be hot. Manufacturers need to innovate to achieve low cost and high performance. In the future, China will move from a big textile country to a strong textile country. I put forward three suggestions: improve technological innovation, attach importance to environmental protection responsibilities, and choose diversified competition. Although China's nonwoven products are still lower than the world's advanced level, they have shown great progress and good prospects. No one can escape the responsibility of environmental protection. Since oil resources cannot be controlled, it is necessary to reduce dependence on non renewable resources, choose bio based materials and resin materials, and improve the ability of recycling, which also gives enterprises space for diversified competition.
