In January 16th, the "China spinning round table forum 2011 conference" was held in Beijing, with the theme of "the Chinese textile industry in 12th Five-Year".

"12th Five-Year" is not only a critical period for building a well-off society in an all-round way, but also a critical period for the pformation from a big textile nation to a strong textile country.

During this period, not only will the state take the long-term mechanism of expanding domestic demand as the main policy focus, the textile and garment industry should also continue to expand the domestic market, and in the new historical period, the whole industry should seize the new opportunities, cope with the risks and challenges that can be predicted and unforeseen, and realize its pformation and upgrading.

Du Yuzhou stressed that the realization of a strong textile technological power is the cornerstone of China's construction of a strong textile power, and no other skills can replace it.

At the same time, enterprises have generally increased the intensity of structural adjustment in accordance with the basic role of market allocation of resources.

He believes that "11th Five-Year" not only laid a successful conclusion for the industry, but also laid a solid foundation for the development of the textile industry during the '12th Five-Year' period.

Wang Tiankai also said that during the "12th Five-Year" period, the whole industry should have a good sense of opportunity and sense of hardship, grasp the goal of building a strong textile country, and do something in four aspects: Science and technology, brand, sustainable development and talent.

Jia Kang, the famous economist and director of the National Finance Research Institute, predicted the macro-economic form and policy of China in 2011.

Jia Kang believes that such a loose and tight policy mix is a reasonable macro policy design for the country's active fiscal policy and prudent monetary policy.

If there is no special accident in the future development, China will continue to lead a steady and favorable development trend in the coming years as the developed economies recover.

Jia Kang also said that at the time when the state tightened credit, the textile and garment industry should actively innovate, save energy and reduce consumption, reduce pollution, and take substantive steps in upgrading products and developing new featured products. It was supported by national fiscal and tax policies and financing support with policy financial characteristics.

The China Textile Roundtable forum also invited Cheng Qingbao, general manager of Beijing Guanghua Textile Group Co. Ltd. and CEO Mr.Babacan of orrican textile group.

According to Cheng Qingbao, the leading products of Beijing Guanghua Textile Group are textiles, natural colored cotton clothing and household textiles. The main revenue of the group in 2010 was over 1 billion 270 million yuan.

During the "12th Five-Year" period, the group will continue to enhance its core competitiveness so that its main revenue will exceed 2 billion yuan.

Mr.Babacan said that in the future, China's textile and garment enterprises will produce more value-added products, more varieties, and the corresponding level of technology will be greatly improved, including automation and other technologies will form an important driving force for the development of the industry.

He believes that "in the whole development process, there will be many driving forces, and innovation is the most important pillar."
