    The clothing industry is a traditional industry. In the past, everyone thought it was manufacturing, and considered that the threshold was very low.

    But in fact, with the development of China's economy and the increase of consumption level, the level of demand has also changed.

    People have begun to consider what clothing consumption feels for him.


    Clothing is not the same as food. Food is a functional demand, but clothing is a consumer product, but now it is not only a function of warmth.

    I've been thinking about our products for a long time.

    What are the experience feelings and what kind of things do we want to create to consumers?


    I have always wanted to say that the most important business concept we should follow in the process of running clothes is that since we get money from consumers, we must create value for them.


    What should we do?

    What is the value of clothes? I think there are three values to create for consumers.


    The first is to create the value of physical performance.

    For example, let clothes wear warmer and more comfortable, or let clothes have some other functions, such as windbreak and dirt resistance.


    The second is experiential value, so that consumers can experience the dignity of clothes or the feeling of being loved.


    The third is that as a clothing brand, the idea of the enterprise in the design should convey a kind of information, convey a fashion culture information, or convey the value information of the enterprise. This kind of value may inspire or resonate with his life and his life.


    I have been using these three principles as a business way to run seven wolves.

    In accordance with these three directions, I create values for our consumers and for the objects we serve.


    At the same time, I am also thinking, after creating these values, did they create value for the society? Is it what the society needs? Through these thinking, I think "heaven" should be said to have a certain philosophical nature. What is "heaven" exactly? That is to say, everyone is doing business and being a man.

    What is our ultimate goal? We seek to follow the common development of society.


    In my own experience, consumer goods ultimately create value for consumers, but in the process of creating value, what is grasped is their own constraints.

    For example, we advocate the most fundamental integrity and persistence. This is the least insistence on our business interaction. What we hate most is cheating between businesses. This is the bottom line in our development and expansion process.
