The supply chain should be upgraded, the logistics system should be upgraded, the online orders can be delivered through offline channels, and the "up and down" channels can meet the needs and update in real time.

Collaboration between IT and supply chain upgrading and background CRM system is the focus of the next work. Its purpose is to improve the responsiveness to consumer demand.

Because only a supply chain that responds to each other in a timely manner can meet the individual needs of consumers.

B2C mall can directly receive the terminal, and it is an important battleground to pass the brand DNA and brand proposition to its users.

From the above two examples, we can see that traditional enterprises are no longer considering building a set of IT systems that can display information on the Internet when they enter e-commerce. They will consider how the IT system can be linked to the original supply chain system and internal management system, how to make the system operate more efficiently, how to provide timely response to users' needs, and how to bring users good user experience. These problems become the focus of the new generation of traditional enterprises to enter e-commerce.

Whether BELLE or Lining's "whole process" integration needs, in fact, every traditional enterprise can be applied in the implementation of e-commerce projects.

In addition to the core B2C or B2B system, it also needs to be associated with other systems of the enterprise, such as: Call Center, ERP, invoicing, CRM, warehousing, logistics system and so on.
