Insufficient Input Of Domestic Garment Enterprises In Informatization

From March 29th to April 1st, the Eleventh China (Dongguan) International Textile and garment industry technology exhibition and the eleven China (Dongguan) international shoe machine shoe material factory technology exhibition were held at Guangdong Modern International Exhibition Center, Houjie Town, Dongguan from April 1st to April 1st. 　　據了解，從國內服裝企業的信息化投入與銷售收入比例來看，85%的企業低于1%，10%的企業達到了1%到2%，5%的企業達到2%以上。而國外服裝企業的信息化投入至少要達到銷售收入的2%以上，領先企業甚至達到5%到10%。較低的投入水平決定了國內紡織服裝行業的信息化水平普遍偏低，信息化建設狀況并不盡如人意。

　　據悉，就紡織行業信息化的現狀而言，主要存在以下四個方面的問題：第一，企業對信息化的資金投入嚴重不足；第二，企業信息化人才嚴重短缺；第三，缺少適于行業應用的軟件產品；第四，缺乏信息化建設總體規劃。專家指出，東莞市紡織企業要重視信息化生產管理多方位投入，紡織行業企業進行創新，要具有對多元化市場的洞察力，要善于預測。紡織行業企業的創新能力體現在生產管理效率、成本控制能力、快速反應能力、市場運作能力等方面，這些都必須建立在信息化基礎上。
