    Provident Fund Loan Contract

    Article 1 loan amount

    Second borrowing purposes

    Third term of loan

    Fourth loan interest rates

    Savings card, credit card repayment


    Party a must handle the savings card and credit card of the China Construction Bank, and entrust Party B with the full amount of the principal and interest payment in the form of automatic pfer, and deposit it into the savings card account or credit card account, so as to ensure that Party B can implement the pfer repayment.


    When a card fails to repay due to the reason of Party A, party a must pay cash to the original bank.


    Party A will repay the principal of the undue loan ahead of schedule, and Party B will not collect the hand payment for the repayment in advance, nor will it refund the loan interest charged at the original contract interest rate.


    Eighth loan guarantees


    The housing purchased by Party A under this contract shall be provided by the party with a phasing guarantee.

    Before the real estate warrant is handed over to Party B, if the borrower defaults for three consecutive months, the principal and interest, the penalty interest and the related expenses, the party shall be responsible for paying the bill within ten days after receiving the notice of performance guarantee.

    The guarantee period is from the date of the loan to the day when Party B obtains the warrant of real estate.


    During the guaranty period, Party A's agreement to change the contents of the loan contract should be obtained prior to the written consent of the party.


    Under the contract, Party A buys, builds, rebuilds and overhauls the house as collateral for the loan.

    Party A shall purchase the advance sale contract for Party B's custody.


    The ninth contract notarization


    A, B, C three party shall, within ten days from the date of signing the contract, conduct notarization of the house mortgage contract signed by this contract and Party A and Party B to the notary office.


    Modification and dissolution of tenth contracts


    After the contract comes into effect, neither party may alter or terminate this contract without authorization.

    Thirteenth ways to settle disputes in this contract


    When disputes arise in the course of performing this contract, it can be settled through consultation. If it fails to negotiate, it may bring a suit against the people's court where Party B is located.
