《印尼商報》8月29日訊，正在新加坡召開的東盟經濟部長會議上，東盟與澳大利亞、新西蘭簽署“自由貿易協定”議定書。東盟與澳新經濟部長聯合聲明中表示，東盟與澳新已完成簽署“自由貿易協定”的談判。東盟-澳新“自由貿易協定”涵蓋貨物、投資、服務和知識產權，東盟國家將向澳新開放葡萄酒、牛肉和乳品市場，而澳新則將對來自東盟的服裝、鞋類和汽車實行關稅豁免。該協定將在有關各國確認后于今年12月正式簽署。
