How To Break The Bottleneck Of Female Entrepreneurship
Yesterday, at the Shanghai International Forum sponsored by the women's Federation of China, Fei Juanhong, an expert at the Shanghai Academy of Social Sciences, interviewed 30 women entrepreneurs in private enterprises in an in-depth interview. They found that 5 of the 30 women were divorced or divorced, and 80% divorced were divorced after starting a business.
Experts said that the traditional family pattern of female strong men and weak men is an important reason for this phenomenon.
Background: the wealth and feminine era is coming quietly. In the new Hurun rich list this year, the top ranked Chinese richest man is a middle-aged woman who is worth 27 billion. At the same time, the number of female billionaires in the list has reached 35.
Lin Hua, a famous female research expert and senior editor of modern family magazine, said that the age of rich men being dominated by men has been broken.
Such a miracle does not just happen in China. The latest US survey shows that the income of wives in double income families is 45% of that of husbands.
In Britain, the number of women in the millionaires has even surpassed that of men.
Meng Yankun, chairman of the Shanghai Municipal Women's Federation, revealed yesterday that in 2005, about 39% of the women in the world's elab.icxo.com industry were engaged in informal labor in the country. 90% of them believed that they had strong or strong leadership, decision-making and communication skills, and 80% of them were very satisfied with or satisfied with their role as entrepreneurs.
In the recent 9:1, the number of female entries increased significantly from last year's 7:3.
Expert opinion: female strong men are vulnerable to marriage crisis. How many great men behind a successful woman are there?
Fei Juanhong, an expert in sociology at the Shanghai Academy of Social Sciences, told reporters that some of the strong women were not aware of the fire in the backyard when they were fighting in the front.
Fei Juanhong has recently conducted a case study on 30 private entrepreneurs in 10 districts of Shanghai.
It was found that 5 of the 30 had divorced or had divorced, and 80% were divorced after starting a business.
Fei Juanhong said that there are three factors leading to the marriage crisis of entrepreneurial women: first, the traditional social culture believes that women should be family oriented and business is uneasy.
The divorced husbands do not want their wives to do business, but do not want to see their wives show up.
Some of them tried to oppose their wives' business, and when their wives stood up to the pressure to start an enterprise, their husbands broke up. What's more, after having children, the husband asked his wife to stay at home to bring the children, and the wife did not want to give up her career, and the husband divorced him.
Secondly, women's entrepreneurship is a challenge to traditional gender roles. When the wife's price increases several times, the gap between husband and wife is widened. Some husbands are mentally intolerable.
In addition, business is risky. In the process of entrepreneurship, once a failure occurs, the conflict between husband and wife will lead to a marriage crisis.
Tang Wenqing, deputy editor in chief of the Shanghai women's magazine, said that the richer the woman, the higher the probability of divorce; the increase in the working hours of women is directly proportional to the divorce rate, while men have no specific influence.
Recent investigations by the Shanghai Academy of Social Sciences show that women take the initiative to divorce lawsuits for 2/3. The reason is that the quality of life is unbearable after marriage. Some are divorced without fault because of plain living and obstacles in communication between husband and wife.
Faced with the third, more and more economically independent women have broken up. In the face of what the public thinks is the vocation of women, more and more women choose not to.
According to data released by the all China Women's Federation, China's DINK family has exceeded 600 thousand, because the proportion of family breakup caused by the wife's refusal to give birth has risen sharply, and has become the main reason for another divorce.
According to the survey of women's entrepreneurial choice partnership partnership, the survey shows that more than 60% of the female proprietors of private enterprises are directly involved in their wives' entrepreneurial activities and take their own advantages to create cooperative partner enterprises (that is commonly known as wives' and wives' shops). They are not necessarily faced with the marriage crisis. 18 of the 30 private entrepreneurs who visit are husband and wife partners in the venture. In the process of joint venture, the husband and wife have a clear division of labor and have more in-depth communication and running in, which can enhance their feelings.
One of the interviewees said that my husband is shy and he manages a booth inside the company. I am a cheerful person who is responsible for selling and dealing with clients outside.
It is not impossible to calm down the marriage crisis. Entrepreneurs are highly demanding professional roles. They need to invest a lot of time and energy and face greater pressure in balancing their careers and families.
However, many smart women entrepreneurs know how to manage both inside and outside.
Fei Juanhong said that all women entrepreneurs who have excellent balance of career and family relations have a very clear sense of role orientation. In the enterprises, they are directors, general managers and even husbands' superiors. But once they get home, they will return to their family roles and play the role of a good wife and good mother.
Before starting a business, 18 of the 30 respondents took up the main household duties. After the start of the business, the proportion dropped by half. However, 10 of the respondents still started their careers while taking the main household duties.
According to economic conditions, these female entrepreneurs are fully capable of hiring nanny to do housework, but as one interviewee said, although I am in a restaurant, my husband and children like to eat my home cooking dishes, so I will try my best to spare time for them to eat.
