葉:剛才談到在《京華時報》的業(yè)外資本的融入 在資本運作方面應(yīng)該說那一次是第一次試水 介入傳媒楊:對葉:那么有一些什么樣的經(jīng)驗之談楊:說到經(jīng)驗當(dāng)然也是跟市場的一些規(guī)則有很大的關(guān)系 我們從跟決定要和《人民日報》合作做《京華時報》一開始我們就有一條非常堅定的信念 必須按市場規(guī)則走楊:所以《京華時報》是《人民日報》第一次跟別人合作 破天荒的對等出錢 而且是現(xiàn)金 這是一個經(jīng)驗 必須按照市場的要求來規(guī)范合作 第二條我的體會就是做傳媒要有耐心 這種東西不可能立竿見影的不可能立馬賺錢的 培育市場鞏固市場最后到盈利到穩(wěn)固的盈利葉:就是投資傳媒心態(tài)要好 楊:你想一夜暴富可能嗎 大家都有個行話 知道做一個雜志要三到五年的培育期 確實是這樣 你把這個品牌要做出來要有一批固定的讀者要接受你 然后才能有廣告
做報紙可能相對的快一些 但是心態(tài)也要好 從董事會一成立我就說了我的一個想法 我說我的重點是做大價值做大這個報紙的價值而不是急于給股東們拿回來分幾個現(xiàn)金 我說這是我的經(jīng)營思路 葉:要舍得投入和培育楊:你說賺錢有啊 我說擺攤賣水果就能賺錢 開個小飯館也能賺錢 你這些股東會做嗎不會做 你說一件文物在故宮里面 它可能永遠是在虧損 要保管它你要付出保管費 人力 沒給你創(chuàng)造什么更多的現(xiàn)金的價值 但是它一旦進入流通市場 它的價值就立刻能夠體現(xiàn)了 這是打了一個簡單的比方 我說所謂為什么值錢 值錢就是把這品牌做起來 把這市場份額做起來 把這市場的地位給確立起來 把忠實的讀者群包括忠實的廣告投放群給培育起來 到那個時候在資本市場里面是什么價特別是我們這大股東是北大青鳥集團的手下有好幾家上市公司在和資本市場結(jié)合起來做
