For a long time, the traditional textile process of Suncun Town, the hometown of Anhui clothing, has been complicated. From cotton to finished fabric, it needs to go through multiple processes, and each step relies on a large number of manual operations, which not only consumes a lot of manpower and material resources, but also has a long production cycle, and it is difficult to guarantee the stability of product quality. In order to solve this industry problem, Fanchang District will officially start the first phase of Wujiang Textile Science and Technology Industrial Park in Suncun Town by attracting investment in 2022. The project is mainly to build a green and environment-friendly textile industry chain and a textile automation intelligent manufacturing project. The investor is Wujiang Textile Chamber of Commerce.

After three years of construction, the textile enterprises in the park have invested huge amounts of money to carry out technology research and development and equipment upgrading. The enterprise has introduced international advanced intelligent textile equipment and built an intelligent textile production line integrating automatic production and information management. Now, in the production workshops of enterprises, the scene of crowded people has been replaced by orderly automation equipment. From spinning to weaving, all links are seamlessly connected, and production efficiency is greatly improved through precise regulation of intelligent control system.

According to Zhang Lijuan, an investor in Wujiang Industrial Park, after the implementation of intelligent production, the number of workers employed by enterprises has gradually decreased, the production cycle has been significantly shortened, the rate of defective products has significantly decreased, but the production capacity has doubled. Moreover, intelligent production makes product quality more stable and more in line with market demand, and the competitiveness of enterprises in the domestic market is significantly enhanced.
