The industry development orientation of "science and technology, fashion, and green" guides the industry to constantly carry out product innovation and technological innovation. The traditional textile dyeing and finishing process consumes large amount of water and takes a long time The current situation of high energy consumption and heavy environmental pollution calls for more green processing technologies. Faced with the market side's growing demand for "personalized, leisure and fashion" textiles and clothing, Lutai Textile Co., Ltd., together with Wuhan Textile University and other units, first proposed a new strategy of "yarn NC online dyeing" from the direction of designing and developing new leisure style fabrics, The key technology and equipment for the complete industrialization of "high concentration dyeing liquor system of alcohol auxiliaries - green online dyeing equipment without salt and little water - high temperature moisture fixation process" have been established. Compared with the traditional yarn dyed fabric, the leisure fabric developed by the project has a richer and more flexible visual effect. At the same time, the project technology also has the advantages of salt free, less water, fast and low consumption of green environmental protection.
       A new method of on-line dyeing yarn in situ with alcohol auxiliary high concentration dyeing solution is proposed
       Through the calculation of density of states, the project has studied the performance of each component in the fast dyeing system, revealed the regulation mechanism of alcohol additives on the dye particle size, dielectric properties, fiber surface tension and wettability, established the dyeing thermodynamics and dynamics model of fiber materials, and established the regular relationship between the amorphous area of fiber and the dye adsorption performance under high-speed yarn movement, It solved the scientific problem of precise adjustment and control of dye and yarn structure adaptability in high concentration dyeing solution with alcohol auxiliaries, put forward the theory and method of online environmental protection dyeing of yarn, and realized the rapid dyeing of yarn without refining and bleaching without salt and water.
       Develop new equipment for online dyeing with less water based on precise micro liquid supply system
       The project innovatively developed a green, fashionable and efficient integrated equipment system for online dyeing with less water: creatively proposed a variety of differential yarn dyeing mechanisms and developed an integrated equipment based on the core components of NC dyeing and efficient digital winding system; The micro feed control and closed-loop yarn tension control system are established; The key influence of various core equipment components such as dazzle dyeing, spot dyeing and penetrating dyeing on yarn dyeing style has been overcome.
       Realize efficient low-carbon online NC dyeing of multi fiber material yarn
       A new method of salt free and water less NC online dyeing and high temperature moisture fixation of yarn was innovatively established, the influence of equipment process parameters on the style of fiber yarn was studied, and the mechanism of the synergistic effect between dyeing process and dyeing and chemical additives on the adaptability of yarn style and fiber types was explored, The industrial application of salt free and water less green dyeing technology for various fashionable yarns has been realized.
       Compared with traditional yarn dyeing, the yarn NC online dyeing technology proposed in this project has the advantages of salt free, water free, fast and low consumption. The yarn used does not need pretreatment for refining and bleaching. Its salt consumption is reduced by 100%, water consumption is reduced by 62.5%, auxiliary agent consumption is reduced by 80%, energy consumption is reduced by 70% and dyeing cost is reduced by more than 40%. The maximum dyeing speed can reach 1000m/min, It can be applied to the dyeing of ultra-high count yarns (up to 100s), and is widely applied to cellulose fibers such as cotton, linen, Lyocell, and chemical fibers such as polyester and nylon, effectively solving the key problems of serious pollution and high energy consumption in the dyeing production of textile fiber materials, and overcoming the conventional dyeing of new difficult to dye fibers such as polylactic acid and diacetate The technical problems in the industry that are difficult to dye have realized the innovation of efficient low-carbon green dyeing technology and the development and industrial application of intelligent dyeing equipment. The yarn fabric products produced are diversified and unique in style. The implementation of the project conforms to the objectives and requirements of the 14th Five Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development and the Outline of Vision Goals for 2035 and the 14th Five Year Development Outline of the Textile Industry issued by China Textile Federation, and plays a positive role in promoting and demonstrating the green and high-quality development of the textile industry and moving textile products towards the middle and high end of the global value chain, It can effectively promote the realization of the goal of making China a manufacturing power and a quality power.
