According to the report, from January to June 2024, the company realized a main business income of 1006.5414 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 21.66%, including 624.3731 million yuan in the clothing sector, a year-on-year decrease of 17.42% (602.0697 million yuan in the brand clothing sector, a year-on-year decrease of 7.60%); The main business income of the children's wear segment was 22.3034 million yuan, down 78.66% year on year, mainly due to the statement of Shanghai Frog Products in June 2023, which was no longer included in the consolidated statements in the current period.); The main business income of e-commerce service sector was 382168300 yuan, down 27.72% year on year.
The company's net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company was -12109600 yuan, down 143.34% year on year; The net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company after deducting non recurring profits and losses was -18.459 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 249.71%. This is mainly due to the decrease in net profit due to the decrease in operating revenue.
According to the report, Anzheng Fashion Company currently owns five private fashion brands, namely "JUZUI Jiuzi", "IMM Yinmo", "MOISSAC Mosak", "ANZHENG Anzheng" and "Annakro Annakou"; The company holds a controlling stake in propriety information of professional e-commerce service companies. In addition, the company has a joint venture in Greater China to operate the Korean children's wear brand "ALLO&LUGH".
