The total investment of China Home Service Professional Procurement Base is 1.5 billion yuan. The first phase is planned to use 127 mu of land, with a total construction area of 420000 square meters, including an intelligent industrial park with a construction area of 180000 square meters and a procurement base with a construction area of 190000 square meters. The project focuses on the layout of "high-end clothing design and research and development, production and intelligent manufacturing, brand headquarters, high-end hotels, technology services, product exhibition, commerce, commerce, skirt business" and other fields, and plans to build general street style workshops, professional home furnishing trading markets, high-end business hotels SOHO apartment, business apartment, business office, podium bottom business, etc. will be built into a China Home Furnishing Exhibition and Trade Center and industrial base integrating production, trade and commerce, with one park and multiple business types, to provide domestic and foreign home Furnishing purchasers with a variety of product choices and convenient and efficient procurement services.
