Such a busy production scene is a microcosm of Changning's promotion of high-quality industrial development.

"The textile industry, as a whole industry chain to undertake industrial transfer projects, has added a strong impetus to the development of Changning's 100 billion level industrial cluster." The textile and clothing industry has a topic that has to be said, that is, the environmental protection of washing, printing and dyeing.

In order to avoid the old path of "pollution before treatment", Changning attaches great importance to the environmental protection of washing, printing and dyeing at the beginning of undertaking industrial transfer, adheres to the path of high-quality development, and creatively creates "two parks": clothing production park and environmental protection facilities park.

"High quality development implements the whole industrial chain of the textile industry." In the field of centralized wastewater treatment, Changning has chosen CITIC Environment Group, a high-tech environmental protection enterprise among the "world's top 500", to adopt the "multi integrated" circular economy industrial chain of industrial production, sewage treatment, renewable water use, central heating, clean energy power generation, slag ash brick making, etc, The sewage treatment plant adopts the latest international standards. Washing, printing and dyeing form a circulation loop, and the waste water can be recycled after treatment, thus setting an industry model.

The construction of the environmental protection facility park will press the "fast forward key", and the project will run out of the "acceleration". At present, 4 auxiliary function rooms, 5 water washing plants and 2 printing and dyeing plants have been delivered. Phase I of CITIC Environmental Sewage Treatment Project has completed water testing and single unit commissioning, and the deodorization system and 207 Babbitt metering tank are about to be completed; The main power house, dry coal shed roof, coal conveying trestle and other works of the cogeneration project have been basically completed, and the 75 ton boiler hydrostatic test has been completed; The industrial water supply plant is basically completed, and the overall commissioning is under way.

The textile base in southern Hunan has set sail with hundreds of billions of "aircraft carriers".
