Golden Eagle (600232) announced in the evening of February 3 that the company had recently received a notice from the controlling shareholder Golden Eagle Group that Golden Eagle Group had handled the procedures for early release of pledge of some shares in Hangzhou Desheng Sub branch of Shanghai Pudong Development Bank Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "SPDB"), totaling 20000000 shares, and the above registration procedures for release of pledge had been completed.
At the same time, the Company received the notice from the controlling shareholder Golden Eagle Group that the above share re pledge procedures were handled in SPDB, and Golden Eagle Group pledged 20 million shares to SPDB again.
The controlling shareholder of the Company, Golden Eagle Group, has pledged 4 million shares due within the next six months, accounting for 2.26% of its shares in the Company and 1.1% of its total share capital.
