The textile fabric is a popular trend, and the life cycle of new patterns is not long. After one or two months' audit process in the early years, the pattern will be out of season. For fabric enterprises, copyright application is of little significance. Now, through digital empowerment, the examination process of pattern copyright registration is shortened to 7 working days. AI comparison is also required during registration, so it is not easy to be copied. Once the infringement is found, it is also possible to simply protect the rights through judicial and administrative offline coordination, and require the infringing samples to be removed from the shelves quickly. "The whole fabric market has formed a new atmosphere of respecting knowledge and originality," Yu said.

Keqiao district is the pilot area of national intellectual property project, and also the first "China Copyright Gold Award" Protection Award winning area in the province. It has always attached great importance to the work of pattern copyright protection and constantly built and improved the "Keqiao mode" of pattern copyright protection. Last year, Keqiao district developed and built the "China textile fabric pattern copyright data center and AI comparison system" to conduct digital analysis of patterns, establish a digital "ID card with one picture and one ID" and carry out "household registration management". Up to now, it has collected 106000 pattern copyright patterns registered by Keqiao District intellectual property protection center and Zhejiang copyright service center in recent 10 years. Since the beginning of this year, the system has been upgraded iteratively and expanded data. Relying on the advantages of textile industry agglomeration of China Textile City and cooperating with the copyright management departments of Shandong, Jiangsu and Guangdong, the system has gradually carried out the docking of fabric pattern data database and copyright Internet sharing of major textile producing areas in China, breaking the data island between different provinces of pattern copyright pictures. From January to October, a total of 6672 works registration certificates were issued, an increase of 56.89% over the same period last year, accounting for 91.46% of the total number of certificates issued in Shaoxing City and 19.36% in Zhejiang Province, ranking second in all counties (cities and districts) of the province.

Wang Guolin, deputy director of the district intellectual property protection center, introduced that the AI comparison system, which has been trained for nearly 10000 times in artificial intelligence and has the ability of "second level" query and feedback, can screen approximate images in the data center library through pixel analysis and comparison for final identification and identification. At most, the batch comparison of more than dozens of patterns can be carried out at the same time, and the comparison and identification report can be made, so that the information technology can accurately screen and replace the artificial sensory recognition. Since the system was fully put into operation, AI comparison has been conducted for 1.142 billion times, and more than 1600 duplicate and copy registration patterns have been successfully identified, accounting for 10.91%. Among them, duplicate registration in other places accounts for 8.46%, which solves the historical problems of duplicate registration and pirated copy registration.

In recent years, Keqiao district has continuously increased R & D investment and copyright protection to enhance the competitiveness of textile products. Through the "Keqiao mode" of fabric pattern copyright protection, it has effectively promoted the high-quality development of textile industry. From January to October this year, the total revenue of service services such as design and R & D of textile industry creative design base enterprises in the region was 325 million yuan, with a year-on-year growth of 9.2%. The sales of service target enterprises reached 33.659 billion yuan, with a year-on-year growth of 10.3%. From January to October, the turnover of China's light and textile city clusters reached 186.114 billion yuan, an increase of 19.03% over the same period of the same period last year. The turnover of China's Textile City online reached 62.973 billion yuan, an increase of 23.65% year-on-year.
