Anhui Huamao New Spinning Intelligent Transformation Project Won "China Industrial Award"
On December 27, the Sixth China Industrial Awards Conference was held in Beijing, and the new intelligent spinning transformation project declared by Anhui Huamao won the "China Industrial Award". China Industrial award is the highest award in China's industrial field. The award is a full affirmation of Huamao's outstanding achievements in adhering to the new development concept, adhering to independent innovation, green development and taking the road of new industrialization.
In recent years, Anhui Huamao has persisted in focusing on its main business and innovation and development. It has built a leading technology cotton textile intelligent factory project and won the "intelligent manufacturing pilot demonstration (cotton textile intelligent factory)" issued by the Ministry of industry and information technology. During the implementation of the project, Internet technology was used to realize customer remote online monitoring in the industry for the first time; Huamao manufacturing execution system (HMEs) was developed by using big data technology; single yarn whole process quality tracking and traceability was realized for the first time in the industry by using Internet of things technology; EMS energy management system was first used in domestic textile industry.
The project significantly improves the overall level of the enterprise. In terms of improving production efficiency, improving product quality, realizing energy saving and consumption reduction, reducing operating costs and comprehensive utilization of resources, the project provides an effective solution for promoting the transformation of China's traditional industry into an advanced manufacturing industry characterized by digitalization, networking, intellectualization and greening. It has played a leading role in the transformation and upgrading of cotton textile enterprises, played a demonstration role in the high-quality development of the cotton textile industry, played a leading role in improving the level of domestic intelligent textile machinery equipment, and provided an effective way for the cotton textile industry to enhance its international competitiveness.
