Jiapu adheres to the main line of transformation and upgrading of the textile industry, vigorously promotes the construction of "2 + 5 + n" agglomeration project, implements the work of individual investors gathering in the park, sewage pipe network planning and construction, equipment digital transformation, and industrial chain extension, so as to continuously improve the level of industrial intensive agglomeration, further eliminate backward production capacity and improve environmental quality.

"Retail investors enter production in the form of leasing factory buildings, while the company is responsible for providing raw materials and purchasing products." Liu Boliang, the person in charge of Jiasheng textile, said that after the reorganization, the scale of the new company was expanded, the production management was more standardized, and the product output and quality were further improved, and the sales volume in the past three months increased by 30% year-on-year.

A large number of water jet looms gather together, how to improve the management and operation efficiency? With the help of digital means such as computer networking and big data, enterprises have found effective methods. In the workshop of Zhejiang Chuangda Textile Co., Ltd., all 479 water jet looms are equipped with intelligent integrated modules. The production data can be sent to the electronic screen in real time, which not only facilitates the operation of workers, but also facilitates quality supervision. The production efficiency is increased by more than 10% compared with that before installation.

Since the transformation and upgrading of the textile industry has been fully started, Jiapu town has successfully completed the contract signing work for the elimination and clustering of water jet looms outside the industrial boundary by implementing the "household contract" mode of township and village cadres. A total of 1581 households and 29676 sets of water jet looms have been successfully completed; 57 water jet looms gathering projects of 43 enterprises within the boundary have been put on record, and 7680 water jet looms have been reformed through networking. At the same time, 2 small and micro parks, 5 cluster areas and the "low to high" project of enterprises in the park have been accelerated.
