At present, they have already issued certain coupons such as food, daily necessities and other consumer coupons, and issued a certain amount of cash coupons for middle and low income families. First of all, he suggested that the burden of small and medium-sized enterprises should be further lighten, and governments at all levels should be promoted to effectively support the policies that have already been introduced. For enterprises with difficulties in production and operation due to epidemic situation, they may apply for delaying payment of social insurance premiums such as pension, unemployment and work-related injuries according to the actual situation, appropriately reducing the proportion of deposit and payment of housing provident fund, and extending the levy period within a reasonable scope. Encourage large market and other market operators to moderate and reduce rent for small and medium tenants.

Second, increase financial policy support, to small and medium enterprises that are affected by the epidemic, but with good fundamentals, do not lend money, do not lend money or continue lending, and raise the definition standard and tolerance rate of non-performing loans in a phased way.
