The Japanese Government Issued The "Emergency Declaration".

According to a number of media reports from Japan's NHK and Kyodo news, Japanese Prime Minister Abe Shinzo issued an "emergency declaration" on the evening of April 7th (2020) because of the persistent spread of the new crown pneumonia in Japan. (4) they should ask or instruct medical and food related operators to assist in transporting emergency supplies such as vaccines and food products, and those who have hidden disadvantages will be fined or punished.

The above-mentioned Japanese emergency declaration is not as mandatory as the lockdown in Europe and the United States. It still respects the freedoms and rights of the citizens, and does not prohibit Japanese people from going out to work, nor does it close public transportation such as subway and bus. In addition, a consultancy group will be set up to advise the government on basic contingency measures.
