Under the epidemic situation, I have thought a lot, and I want to share with you some experiences:
First, we must stick to our values whenever we want. The sudden outbreak of the retail industry has faced unprecedented challenges. In the face of any difficulties, we must stick to our values. We must adhere to the responsibilities of employees, social responsibilities and responsibilities to consumers. In the ten days when I entered the national epidemic prevention, I was very moved to see that when the sales teams of various brands were not able to operate normally, tens of thousands of "shoppers" were on the line, communicating with consumers and developing new channels; the whole group had hundreds of thousands of people every day and thousands of people online video conferences to discuss the solutions of consumers. Whether executives or employees, we all carry forward the spirit of Anta's "do not give up and be afraid of difficulties". Second, stabilize the situation, take a step forward and do the right thing. Now it seems that 2020 should be a very difficult year.
