In 2019, the association focused its efforts on internal construction and service capabilities. Through Party building, human resources management, institutional setup, system construction and other work to consolidate the basic capabilities of the operation of the Association; by strengthening the industry operation analysis, development research, publicity and implementation, brand building, trade relief, personnel training and leading the industry's technological progress, green development and so on to enhance the sustainable development capacity of the association, the ultimate goal is to serve the industry and enterprises, and guide the industry to develop the quality of the road. These are still the focus of the association's work in 2020. At the same time, we must ensure the steady development of the industry, guide the industry to avoid big fluctuations as far as possible, and pay close attention to the coordinated development of the industrial chain and the cross domain technology convergence.

The director of the China Chemical Fiber Industry Association focuses on strengthening the construction of the association system, improving the quality of information services, implementing green development, promoting brand building, mining potential of scientific and technological resources, and combining with the main tasks of 2019. It also talks about their practice, thinking and experience in their work, and brings a brainstorming to everyone.

At the meeting, Xiaoping analyzed and judged the macroeconomic situation and the operation trend of the industry, and preached the opinions of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on "building a better environment for development and supporting the reform and development of private enterprises". To support the reform and development of the private enterprises is to support the reform and development of the textile and chemical fiber industry. The state's policy of going out of Taiwan in this regard can lead to the whole industry. We need to seriously study and understand the spirit of the document. In particular, we support private enterprises to enter the fields of oil and gas exploration, development, refining and marketing, and build infrastructure such as crude oil, natural gas, refined oil storage and transportation, and pipeline transportation. We support qualified enterprises to participate in crude oil imports and refined oil exports. We should break the hidden barriers of bidding. We must not set up the threshold of enterprises with the corresponding qualification conditions and the threshold of performance which are not related to the business capacity. He pointed out that with the development and improvement of China's market economy, the majority of the textile and chemical fiber industry market entities are private enterprises.

On the next stage of the industry, Xiaoping put forward four points: first, to create domestic brands at that time. Once upon a time, many hardworking Chinese people were proud of dressing up with foreign brands. Today, more and more people are more inclined to wear domestic brands. Especially for the "after 90" and "after 00", they have already lived in a "rich and strong" country. The products they are contacting are not inferior to those of foreign countries, or even stronger than others. Therefore, they will have a stronger sense of national pride and closer to domestic brands. Now is the best time to create domestic brands. Two, we must make intelligent manufacturing. China has a large scale of industry and the most complete textile industry chain in the world. It is the foundation for realizing intelligent manufacturing. In the future, intelligent manufacturing is regarded as an important subject to study. As long as the intelligent manufacturing is done well, the textile and chemical fiber industry will take the lead in the world. Three, we must strengthen sustainable innovation. Enterprises should abandon the idea of making quick money and adapt to the slow times of innovation. The national advanced functional fiber Innovation Center promoted by the association is to enhance the sustainable R & D capability of the industry and promote the transformation of scientific research achievements. Four, we must seize the opportunity of upgrading consumption and develop high-performance and functional products to meet the new consumption demand.

For the work of the association in 2020, Xiaoping put forward three requirements: first, all departments should seriously study and implement the annual assessment responsibility goals, focus on the long-term development of the Association; two, strengthen confidence in the future development of the association, and believe that the strength of the team is better than that of the individual. Only if we unite well, divide the work well, cooperate well, and unswervingly support our system construction, will the association develop well. Three is to create learning associations, to create cross-border and compound talent team, and enhance the level of service to the industry.

In the concluding speech, Gao Yong, secretary and Secretary of the China Textile Industry Federation, spoke highly of the work of the China Chemical Fiber Industry Association in 2019. Many innovations have been made in standardizing the construction of its own system, such as the three major funds, China's fiber fashion trend, green fiber label certification, two sessions (China International Chemical fiber conference, China Chemical Fiber Science and Technology Conference), and high training class. These innovations have made a useful and effective exploration for promoting the high quality development of the industry and improving the service level of the association.

This year marks the end of the year 13th Five-Year, and the research work of the textile and chemical fiber industry in the early 14th Five-Year has been launched. In this regard, Gao Yong said, "14th Five-Year" period, the textile and chemical fiber industry will continue to "13th Five-Year" low probability of growth, and in the social environment to the association development constraints more and more circumstances, the next development of the association is also the need to focus on research and note in 2020.
