It is the only way to transfer orders from our hands to the printing and dyeing plants in the surrounding areas.

A fabric trader in Wujiang told us that they had received many orders at the end of the year. It was a happy event. But because of the sudden environmental restriction, his production plan was disrupted, and he woke up at four or five sharp every day. In the first few days of environmental protection, they had been looking for a dyeing factory that could replace production, and finally found a factory in Jiashan.

But there are not a few of them who think alike. Many customers transfer their orders to the factory over there. Now the factory is already very busy. In order to avoid customers' waiting, the factory produces the card according to a certain proportion of the total amount of the customer orders. It will not make a company produce too little or too much.

Although some dyeing factories in Wujiang have resumed production in accordance with the odd and even number, the workers in a dyeing factory feedback, but there is no such phenomenon as crowding and explosion in the factory again. Instead, the production orders are not as good as before. The reason for this is that during this time, the amount of fabric entering the warehouse has been greatly reduced. Many traders are deliberately avoiding placing their orders in production plants which are limited by environmental protection. Postponing the vacation time and tightening the harvest profits

As soon as the Spring Festival is approaching, every factory has issued a notice of suspension of production for Spring Festival holidays. And many of the dyeing factories around us did not specify the specific time of the holiday. Although it often came out of the 7-8 day of January, the notice was only about preparations for the end of the year, such as cleaning up the warehouse, making the delivery date, taking the money and picking up the goods.

But as part of the year-end rush orders flow to the surrounding areas, the dyeing mills that lack orders may leave early. Because the preparatory work for printing and dyeing, such as color and head cylinder, is longer, even if the production is closed, the return of large orders will be difficult to put into production immediately. The problem of delivery in front of us does not allow the order to switch between different factories. It is the most correct way to make peace in the dyeing factory that has entered the production state.

On the other hand, the dyeing factories that the orders go into are postponing the time of the holiday. A dyeing factory in Zhejiang set the Spring Festival holiday in January 17th, which was almost 10 days late than the usual half year holiday.

Another dyeing factory in Jiaxing also has a similar situation. According to the staff, most of their orders come from the Wujiang area. As long as there are orders, they have been on holiday very late. In 2019, the Spring Festival was February 5th, and their factory did not officially release until February 1st, only 4 days ahead of schedule. This year, there is no news about the holiday yet. It is estimated that it will not be earlier than in previous years, because there are too many orders.

The impact of this environmental restriction on production and production is not allowed to be neglected. However, these factories do not appear to be burying because of the limited capacity, but on the contrary, the warehouse is reduced and orders shrink. On the other hand, the dyeing factories that have not limited production have undertaken a large number of outflow orders, and these dyeing factories are also adjusting their vacation time to ensure timely delivery of customer orders. To some extent, environmental protection has facilitated the flow of fabric orders, so that cloth boss can experience different production processes and services.
