Jin Yu Che Cheng (000803): The Resignation Of The Independent Director Of The Company

The board of directors has recently received a written resignation from Mr. Wang Yunchen, an independent director. Mr. Wang Yunchen has been busy and has limited time and energy due to the increasing workload in recent days. In order to prevent his diligence and conscientiousness in performing his duties of independent director, his independent opinions on company management and management can not reflect the principle of fairness and objectivity. He hereby resigned from his position as independent director of the company and his duties in the board of directors of the Specialized Committee. Mr. Wang Yunchen will no longer hold any post in the company after his resignation.

Mr. Wang Yunchen's resignation from the independent director will result in an independent director less than 1/3 of the board members. Therefore, Mr. Wang Yunchen's resignation application will take effect when the new independent director elect his new director to fill the vacancy.
