Li Heng, male, born in November 19, 1968, Han nationality, Nanchong City, Sichuan. She has a bachelor's degree in law from Sichuan University, and a registered lawyer in People's Republic of China. He served as manager of the state owned enterprise department, customs declarant and manager of Personnel Department of foreign enterprise. In 2000, he obtained a lawyer's qualification certificate. In May 2002, he worked as a full time lawyer at the three hop law firm in Sichuan.
