Deyi Jia "SAF Air Overflow Dual Purpose Dyeing Machine" Project Was Identified Through Scientific And Technological Achievements.

Entrusted by the China Federation of textile industry, the China Textile Machinery Association hosted a scientific and technological achievement appraisal meeting of the "SAF airstream dual purpose dyeing machine" developed by Deyi machinery Jiangsu Co., Ltd. in Wuxi, Jiangsu Province on November 12, 2019. Li Yi, chief engineer of China Textile Machinery Association, Yang Junxian, general manager of Deyi machinery Jiangsu Co., and vice general manager Yang Hao Jun attended the meeting. The appraisal committee invited Lin Lin, vice president of China printing and dyeing industry association, and 7 experts from Jiangsu textile engineering society, Professor Wang Zhijie, and Gao Gong to form an appraisal committee.

The "SAF airflow dual purpose dyeing machine" project innovatively developed a dual outlet direct connected fan, improved the wind pressure index, significantly reduced the energy consumption and noise of the fan, developed a dual working curve pump, and automatically realized the same pump with the control system to satisfy the flow and lift of the airflow and overflow nozzle; and innovatively applied the ultrasonic technology to the atomization of the dye solution.

The expert committee inspected the site and listened to the technical development summary report, inspection and novelty report and user report of the project undertaking unit. The project appraisal data were reviewed, and the equipment was retested. After questioning and discussion, the appraisal committee agreed that the overall technology of the SAF airstream overflow dyeing machine reached the international advanced level, and agreed that the project was identified through scientific and technological achievements, and suggested that the market promotion and application should be further accelerated.
