Weiqiao Textile (02698): Subsidiary Resumption Of Steam Supply Agreement
Weiqiao Textile (02698. HK) announced that on October 21, 2019, (i) Manulife Thermoelectric and Minghong Textile, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, entered into a renewed Weiqiao Steam Supply Agreement, which relates to the supply of steam by Manulife Thermoelectric to Minghong Textile for the production of Weiqiao Production Base during the three-year period from January 1, 2020 to December 31, 2022 (including the first two days); And (ii) Binzhou Hongnuo and Binzhou Industrial Park, a non wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, entered into a renewed Binzhou steam supply agreement, which relates to the supply of steam to Binzhou Industrial Park for the production of Binzhou production base during the three-year period from January 1, 2020 to December 31, 2022 (including the first two days).
