On the case of Beijing United Business Consulting Co., Ltd. and Chengdu Jinyu Holding Group Co., Ltd., Hu Xiancheng, Wang Xiru, Hu Xian Lin and Tang Chuanhui notarized creditor's rights documents, the Zigong intermediate people's court filed the case in July 9, 2018. The case number: Chuan 03 holds 77. In the course of implementation, the Zigong intermediate people's court delivered the execution notice to the executed person, Chengdu Jinyu Holding Group Co., Ltd., Hu Xiancheng, Wang Xi Lu, Hu Xianlin and Tang Chuanhui, respectively, and ordered that the obligations established in the above-mentioned effective legal documents be automatically fulfilled within ten days from the date of service, and the cost of applying for enforcement of the case should be borne.

In addition, the Chengdu Jinyu Holding Group Co., Ltd. had previously applied to the applicant Beijing Lian you Business Consulting Co., Ltd. to raise the 30 million 26 thousand share equity pledge of the Limited by Share Ltd shares of Sichuan Jinyu Automobile City (Group) and the Beijing joint venture Consulting Company Limited, and registered the pledge.
