2019 High Quality Development Path Forum Of China'S Textile And Garment Industry

On the morning of April 19th, the 2019 high quality development path forum of the national textile and garment industry and the Tenth China Textile and garment entrepreneurs' day were solemnly opened in Fujian Shishi.

The forum is jointly sponsored by China Textile Industry Federation, China Textile Industry Enterprise Management Association, Taiwan textile industry exhibition, China textile joint development department and Shishi people's government.

"Promoting the high quality development of manufacturing industry" is the first task of the central economic work conference in 2019.

As an important pillar industry of China's national economy, the textile and garment industry is related to the direction of the national economy and the overall task of building a harmonious society, as well as the livelihood of the people.

How to move towards high quality development is the focus of attention of the vast number of entrepreneurs.

Weng Maozhong, vice chairman of Taiwan textile industry exhibition, said in his speech that global warming and climate abnormality have made the issue of energy saving and carbon reduction in the ascendant. The importance of human rights, sustainable environmental protection and corporate social responsibility has become a long-term trend of development for the world's leading brands and distributors. At present, the international situation has been severely affected by the Sino US trade war and the increasingly stringent environmental regulations on both sides of the Strait, and the textile industry in Taiwan and Mainland China is facing the challenge of pformation.

Based on the restriction of industrial development, the theme of today's theme is the high quality development path of textile and garment industry, which reflects its appropriateness.

In the development of high quality industries, as Taiwan enterprises began to face the process of industrial migration and pformation more than 20 years ago, today's Taiwan textile industry has developed its own direction. The most important thing is to face the constantly changing environment, and we need to think about how to make innovations in product development and provide better services in the supply chain's flexibility.

Now, we are facing the era of vigorous development of regional economy, increasing trade conflicts, upgrading technology, environmental protection and consumer experience. In the future, industrial development should focus on environmental protection, intelligent manufacturing and highly cooperative supply chain system, so as to create a high technology, high quality and high efficiency competitive advantage, so as to achieve the high quality development of textile and garment industry.

Peng Yanli, deputy director general of the China Textile Industry Federation and director of science and technology development department, said that technology, green and fashion are the new positioning for the development of the textile industry and the key to achieving high quality development.

In recent years, in a complex international environment, facing fierce challenges and pressures from various aspects, the textile industry insists on scientific and technological innovation and pformation and upgrading, and its supporting role in the steady development of the industry is increasingly prominent.

She said that as an important platform for assembling innovative ideas in textile and garment industry, the activities of Chinese textile and garment entrepreneurs have been held for the tenth time. China's textile and garment industry has the advantages of strong industrial foundation, complete industrial chain and high efficiency. It has high-quality talents and huge potential domestic market. We should pay attention to the integration with high and new technology, different industries, other industries and international industrial chains, and make efforts from three aspects: Branding (supply chain brand, product brand, enterprise brand, regional brand), intellectualization (two integration, digitalization, networking and intellectualization), internationalization (economic globalization, one belt and one road, and establishment of destiny community), and strive for a new development of high quality.

In the afternoon, the first functional fiber alliance deep fusion development forum and the 2019 Yunnan textile and garment industry investment environment briefing were successfully held. Participants attended in-depth exchanges and precise docking.
