Great Significance! China Federation Of Intellectual Property Rights Alliance Established

On March 11th ~12, the Organizing Committee of the China Textile Federation's intellectual property alliance and the seminar on textile technology innovation and the launching ceremony of the intellectual property alliance of the China Textile Industry Federation were held in Shanghai.

It is reported that, with the advocacy and support of the China Textile Industry Federation, the Shanghai Textile Science Research Institute Co., Ltd. and the textile related institutions of higher learning, research institutes and enterprises have jointly established the intellectual property alliance of the China Textile Industry Federation.

Members of the alliance cover: cotton textile, wool textile, hemp textile, silk, real silk, weaving, printing and dyeing, household textile, industrial textiles, clothing, chemical fiber, textile machinery and other textile enterprises, such as downstream enterprises, standardization, scientific research institutes, and related service organizations, such as enterprises, institutions and social organizations, aiming to integrate the whole industry chain resources and build a China Textile intellectual property organization with global influence.

Li Lingshen, vice president of China Textile Industry Federation, academician of the Chinese Academy of engineering, Zhou Xiang, Sun Jinliang, Jiang Shicheng, Yu Jianyong, deputy director general of China Textile Union, Peng Yanli, director of science and technology development department, Zhang Hui Qin, deputy director of China Textile Technology Development Department, director of textile industry science and technology development center, and more than 120 representatives from enterprises, institutions and research institutes attended the meeting.

The conference was chaired by Wang Yuping, deputy director of the China Textile union development department.

The conference deliberated and adopted the constitution of the association, and elected the first chairman of the League: Shanghai Textile Research Institute Co., Ltd., elected the first vice chairman unit, and was elected by 20 units such as the Ministry of science and technology development of the China Federation of textile industry, elected the governing unit, and elected 76 governing units. Feng Li, director of science and technology innovation Department of the Ministry of science and technology development of China Textile Industry Federation, was elected secretary general of the alliance.

At the same time, an alliance expert committee composed of 25 experts from the Chinese Academy of engineering, Zhou Xiang, Sun Jinliang, Jiang Shicheng, Yu Jianyong and Research Institute, was produced. Li Lingshen served as the chairman of the Committee of experts and Peng Yanli served as deputy director.

At the meeting, Peng Yanli introduced the situation of scientific and technological innovation in the industry, and introduced the work contents of the science and technology planning department, the science and technology innovation department, the technology extension office and the standard place of the China Textile Technology Development Department.

She said that the Ministry of science and technology will, in the field of innovation and capacity building of the Key Laboratory of textile industry, such as textile technology innovation center, focus on the development needs of key industries and industries in the field, and work closely with the support units to carry out a series of activities such as "science and Technology Innovation exchange meeting", key technology and key achievements promotion, strengthening network publicity, and cooperation with the national advanced training course for textile complex personnel training project.

Li Lingshen said at the launching ceremony of the alliance that the League was established to create an innovative platform for the exchange of intellectual property rights, give full play to the advantages of intellectual property rights, increase the creation and application of intellectual property rights, promote the deep integration of intellectual property and industry, and enhance the independent innovation capability and core competitiveness of China's textile industry.

Zhang Deliang, vice president of the Shanghai Textile Science Research Institute of the alliance director general, said that intellectual property work has increasingly become the inherent requirement of China's high quality development. It is also the top priority of the textile scientific and technological innovation at this stage. The establishment of the alliance is of great significance for the protection of intellectual property rights in the industry.

Wang Huaping, vice president of the Research Institute of Donghua University, delivered a keynote speech on the development trend and patent analysis of new fiber materials. Xu Weilin, Professor of Wuhan Textile University, analyzed the patent analysis and technology development trend of the domestic spinning industry.

From the point of view of the development of various industries in the world, Zhou Xiang pointed out that the number of applications for intellectual property rights is increasing day by day, and the establishment of textile alliance platform can coordinate the relationship between patent owners and users, and combine innovation subjects with the market closely, so as to promote the deep integration of intellectual property and industry.

Sun Jinliang emphasized the establishment of the alliance and targeted analysis of patents, so that we can get the development trend of the industry, support technology and promote the development of science and technology in the industry, and create a good atmosphere for the industry.

Jiang Shicheng said that the establishment of the alliance is an epoch-making measure. In the pformation of intellectual property from quantity to quality, the industry is particularly important for the protection, excavation and industrialization of intellectual property.

The analysis of missing patents can guide scientific research institutions to give priority to the development of urgently needed patent technologies and products, and further promote the pformation from big country to powerful country.

Yu Jianyong put forward 3 expectations for the alliance: expecting the alliance to become a platform for common development, further strengthening the original innovation and promoting the scientific and technological progress of the textile industry; looking forward to the alliance becoming the platform for the industry to attach importance to the application and protection atmosphere of the intellectual property rights; and expecting the alliance to do something in the development platform to break through the bottleneck in the operation of intellectual property rights, and to promote the sharing of resources and promote the development of the textile industry.
