    In November 2017, Heng Tian Li Xin was commissioned by the Ministry of industry and information technology to undertake the research and development of intelligent dyeing and finishing project, and built the first green production line of intelligent manufacturing and unmanned operation in the industry.

    Huang Junhua said that as far as now, the DYECOWIN dyeing machine of automatic dyeing equipment produced by Heng Tian Li Xin group has been installed at the scene. Its automatic operation door has been put into production through commissioning.

    The central feeding system, including automatic liquid agent distribution system, powdery dye dissolution and distribution system, automatic stereo dyestuff and weighing system, has also entered the formal production and use stage.

    Other automated equipment in the workshop is also being debugged. Various AGV cars, which are responsible for workshop pportation, are experimenting with various load bearing, route and operation processes.

    Other equipment parts for processing cloth, including stereotypes, exhaust gas treatment equipment, have been built and debugged and experimentation. They are expected to be put into production and acceptance in the near future.

    The project has so far applied for 27 patents, 19 of which are invention patents.

    "This project is aimed at improving the application of automation equipment, intelligent system and digital data, and promoting the printing and dyeing industry to truly realize green and efficient production, and change the image of high energy consumption, high emission and high pollution in the traditional printing and dyeing industry."

    Huang Junhua also told reporters that in 2018, Heng Tian Lixin group will take the unmanned and remote operation and maintenance system of dyeing and finishing workshop, cooperate with the production process, take the full automation and intellectualization of logistics as the development goal, continue to bring into play the advantages of innovation, technology, teamwork and service, and provide a one-stop solution for customers to create an intelligent green factory with high efficiency and environmental protection.
