Aokang has become one of the first batch of advanced enterprises in the brand construction of "Made in Zhejiang" in Wenzhou, and is also the first enterprise in the shoe industry to pass the certification of "Made in Zhejiang".

    According to the World Clothing, Shoes and Hats Network, "Made in Zhejiang" is the first regional public brand created by Zhejiang Province since 2014. It aims to accelerate the pace of Zhejiang enterprises to continue to move towards the middle and high-end, and promote the transformation of Zhejiang Province from a major manufacturing province to a strong manufacturing province. The certified enterprise must have four major characteristics in terms of product and management: "advanced, innovative, driving and responsible". The product quality level must reach the domestic first-class and international leading level. The enterprise management must also have an excellent performance management model. Therefore, for Zhejiang manufacturing enterprises, the selection of "Made in Zhejiang" is an important proof of their strength. As early as 2015, Aokang had mentioned to the Zhejiang Provincial Bureau of Quality Supervision that "leather shoes manufacturing" was included in the list of "made in Zhejiang", which was approved in June 2016. Aokang was allowed to participate in the organization and drafting of group standards for "natural leather upper leather shoes" and "synthetic leather upper leather shoes". At the same time, in February this year, Aokang specially set up a "Made in Zhejiang" certification working group to organize and promote the "Made in Zhejiang" certification work, and passed the on-site certification of Zhejiang Company of Fangyuan Sign Certification Group Co., Ltd. on June 3, and obtained the Zhejiang Manufacturing Certification on July 11.

    "Aokang firmly implements the innovation driven development strategy and insists on intelligent manufacturing leading enterprise development." At the symposium, Luo Huirong explained why Aokang passed the certification of "Made in Zhejiang". According to his introduction, in 2015, Aokang successively introduced intelligent scanners, one-time forming cutting machines, automated shoe last machines and other intelligent equipment from Italy and Germany, transformed traditional manual processes into computer controlled electronic programs through intelligent equipment, and replaced manual labor with information-based intelligent production. While the intellectualization of the shoe industry production sector is constantly advancing, the major R&D reform of Aokang R&D Center, which is guided by "digitalization+informatization", is making great strides. A new generation of R&D system, PLM product life cycle management system, has been put into use to fully realize the digitalization and informatization of Aokang R&D.

    The upgrade from Aokang Manufacturing to Aokang Intelligent Manufacturing was also recognized by the reporters at the meeting. "The trend of intelligent production is inevitable. Aokang has taken precautions and made great efforts to build intelligent R&D and production. It has grasped the trend of the times and is ready to respond to the new real economy. Aokang will lead the new development of China's shoe industry again."

    Subsequently, Luo Huirong also explained the upgrading strategy of product quality control and the direction of brand communication to the reporters. On October 28, 2015, Aokang launched the "Product 4.0" upgrading strategy, aiming to continuously realize the transformation and upgrading of products through intelligent information integration, intelligent analysis, intelligent innovation, intelligent research and development, and intelligent manufacturing, and reached an agreement with the National Footwear Quality Supervision and Testing Center to jointly establish a third-party evaluation system. Aokang spared no effort in brand building. On January 10, 2017, Aokang reached a strategic cooperation with CCTV to exclusively sponsor the famous variety show "Avenue of Stars" of CCTV, and was shortlisted in the "National Brand Plan" and "China Brand List".
