The competition is carried out in written form and in practice.

Competition design and clothing technology as a whole, divided into men's clothing, women's clothing, children's clothing three categories, covering the clothing style design, flat template production and tailoring and other aspects.

On the one hand, this competition is to show the "skills" of local fashion designers in Taizhou. On the other hand, it also hopes to excavate and cultivate innovative talents from local apparel enterprises.

This competition is the first competition of Taizhou garment industry association to participate in the preparatory organization. Wang Weimin, President of Taizhou garment industry association, thinks that the garment industry in Taizhou has developed rapidly in recent years, especially the children's clothing and Taiwan embroidery. There are "loud" brands in the country, and the three front clothing and roof socks are also strong, and all the major markets in the country can see Taizhou's costume.

However, there are many problems in the local clothing industry in Taizhou. On the one hand, garment manufacturing is not the traditional strength of Taizhou, and the brand awareness of Taizhou enterprises is not strong.

Because of lack of brand, Taizhou clothing enterprises always have the embarrassment of "fragrant flowers outside walls".

Today, some of Taizhou's garment enterprises are starting to look at Hangzhou, Ningbo and Shanghai, creating new brands.

Enterprises also pay more and more attention to the protection of intellectual property rights in the design innovation. For example, Zhejiang Taiwan embroidery garments Co., Ltd. has won hundreds of awards at home and abroad in recent years, and has reached tens of millions of yuan in brand investment every year. Only hundreds of people have been designing and making plates, and several patents have been made in ten.

"A previous explosion can sell one hundred thousand pieces, with a profit of seven million to eight thousand yuan, but now a good style can sell tens of thousands of pieces, which is already very good. This requires enterprises to maintain their innovative ability and introduce products that enable customers to" brighten up their eyes. "

He told reporters that the proportion of design in the company is increasing. This year, we invested 4.5 million yuan in design. Only more than 140 seasons were released in the autumn and winter ordering season, and the design volume was two or three times that of the past.

With its own design team, the product will have its own "right to speak" in the market, which will be more competitive than the past and the copy.

Lin Hui also sent designers to participate in the competition.

He hoped his design team could get more training in this competition and learn from each other.

It is understood that the participants are selected from the city's clothing industry design innovation backbone.

Taizhou garment enterprises should not only break through their own development bottlenecks through design innovation, but also set off Taizhou regional brands.

The first runner of the competition is awarded the honorary certificate of "chief technician of Taizhou" and "model worker of Taizhou". The honorary title of "Taizhou technical expert" is awarded to second to four players.

At the same time, the top four athletes in the city were upgraded from the Municipal Bureau of human resources and social security to technician (grade two) vocational qualification certificates, and fifth to eight players were promoted to senior (three level) vocational qualification certificates.

In addition, a prize of 8000 yuan and second players were awarded to the first winners in the competition, 5000 yuan and 3-4 players awarded 3000 yuan.
